4 of us stayed at this beach house for one week in January 2013. The house is a 2 minute walk from a quiet beach where you can tan, swim or surf. It's a nice 30-40 minute walk into Mancora along the beach which can be done during the day or at night, depending on the tide. The house was clean and provided exactly what we needed. It has a kitchen with fridge and small 2 burner stove which you can use for breakfast or easy meals. Francisco (poncho) would clean the house daily, take our grocery order and give us "tuk tuk" rides into town. Great place to get a good nights sleep but still be close enough to town to have a good time. We even asked for a BBQ one day and Poncho rented one for us. Great experience!

My fiance and I stayed here for a week in January 2012. We found everything to be as good or better than we had anticipated. The house is located on a little hill with a very picturesque view of the ocean and village of Las Pocitas. The house was cleaned and organized everyday. And the property manager "Don Pancho" was beyond helpful taking us everywhere we needed to go via mototaxi. He even delivered fresh bread and groceries in the mornings for a minimal fee. Definitely going back.

The caretakers, Pancho and his wife were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The house is very comfortable and I would highly recommend it. It is very clean.
You are a short moto-taxi ride into Mancora. There are restaurants only a minute or two away. We enjoyed many hotel pools and amenities. The beach is wonderful - you can walk into Mancora along the beach. We are definitely looking forward to going back again !
