“Right in the heart of Playas Villiamil's beachfront.” My husband and I enjoyed our 7 weeks here at Casa Iguana. A plus was the downstairs renters who "showed us the ropes and introduced us to other friendly expats." There are many wonderful restaurants. Don't miss KasKas and Juan Ostra. Elenita's Comedor is great to have a beer and an inexpensive meal directly in front of the apt. The Mall mentioned in a previous review is now open. We even saw an English movie there. The supermarket there is stocked with everything-almost like home. The Mall is literally 2 blocks. The previous reviews told about the apt. and I will verify what they say is accurate. A plus not mentioned is a clothes washer and instant on hot water in the shower. We were happy to see that. Really we would have stayed if they provided long-term rentals. My biggest concern was in the beginning and actually sending rental money to a stranger on the internet for a rental in another country, but you can google Victor and Judith and see they are who they say they are.
