Oceanfront/Oceanview condo In New Luxary Condominium complex. The historic Pato Blanco Hotel has been totally renovated as Tiara Sands, a 60 unit luxary condominium complex located on top of (literally) Cerritos Beach in Mazatlan. TS 509 is a professionally decorated oceanview unit currently avaiable at great rates. It combines old world historic charm with the finest in modern convienence. It is decorated in a tasteful and pleasant Mexican motief with original artworks and a large terrace deck with ocean and sunset views. With 3bedrooms and 2 baths it is appropriate for groups of 1 to 8 and an additional unit TS511 right down the hall is also available for even larger groups if booked early enough. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 8, including all children. MEXICAN FAMLIES WELCOME. Bi-lingual manager.
The building is located just north of the Golden Zone (Mazatlans historic tourist area) and great bus service and/or inexspensive taxis make all of Mazatlan readily available.
The building is in a quite area on a long and beautiful beach but all the the shopping, resturants,and entertainment that this vibrant Mexican city has to offer are easily and quickly accessable.

Great condo, spacious, nice, quiet and safe area., Pool heated at 78 ° F and jacuzzi at 107 ° F., It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great value for the price

“Very relaxing”
