“This was the perfect house for our group” We just got home from a two week stay In Jardin De Las Palmas... the place was amazing. It is located in my favorite neighborhood in Sayulita (close to the plaza and beach, but just up away from the noise, and not a big hike to get there.) Our group was large and had several small children- this was the perfect house for us-- the kids were safe, happy, playing and the grownups were relaxed. Not all the houses in Sayulita are good for kids (bad railings, etc) but this is excellent. Over the middle weekend our group surged in numbers and there are many other rentals right nearby that we were able to use as well. Again, the location in excellent. There was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy, yet the common areas are well thought out and able to manage a large gathering. It is easily one of the most well thought out layouts of a vacation rental I have ever seen-- and the attention to detail and design are impeccable. It truly had everything we needed for the trip of a lifetime. Extra thanks to Mitch who was an excellent host, as well as Guadalupe for the amazing job keeping the place spotless. The pool was also so well maintained. My highest recommendations. Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

“The Ocean Mountain View and amazing Sunsets each day were Heaven” First I have to say Ian the owner was so personable and available at the time of booking and that continued right through our stay. He wanted us to have an enjoyable experience and we certainly did. We arrived to Condo Cobalto late afternoon to see crashing waves framed by an exceptional sunset from the expansive balcony overlooking the ocean. After getting our breath, Alex property manager gave us a tour and all the information we needed. He was also available throughout our stay. The Condo was fabulous, modern well furnished, comfortable and very well presented. It was well equipped with lots of towels, bedding and kitchen appliances and tools for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Three world travelled women (exhausted) enjoyed setting on the balcony each morning having our coffee taking in the beauty of the ocean and mountain view, watching the activity on the beach, and boats coming and going from the harbour. We spent most of our two weeks enjoying the peace and serenity of our surroundings, a beautiful infinity pool, the warm ocean water, comfortable lounge chairs (that were never busy) having long morning walks on the beach or on the sidewalk towards Paradise Village which were exhilarating because of the flowers, birds, and quietness. Paradise Village was a nice little place to see shops, have breakfast, and convenience store. But there was Oxo and Eddie's for breakfast large and delicious portions near the Condo. The restaurants in the area all served excellent food and we tried a lot but we also would just enjoy being on the balcony having dinner and conversations. Ian your Condo was a beautiful haven of relaxation and rest for us, we had fun, and came away rejuvenated and looking forward to returning next year.

“Punta Mita Magic” We stayed here with another couple in celebration of our 45th anniversary. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the views of Banderas Bay from the balcony and the pool were breathtaking. Location is perfect. Private and secluded beach and pool. Near the village. Easy to get around this enchanting enclave with the villa golf cart. Played golf twice. Went deep sea fishing. Had wonderful meals at Casa Teresa, Tuna Blanca, and Sufi. Visited the St. Regis and Four Seasons but liked our villa so much we spent most of our relaxing time at home. Rosina the conciege and Susana the housekeeper and cook, could not have been nicer or more helpful in giving us a special and relaxing vacation. Susana's mahi mahi dinner, breakfasts and her tacos for lunch were delicious. Chef Mario came in two nights to cook priviate dinners, and we wish we could have taken him home with us! If we were to do it again, we would have him come in almost every night! Rosina arranged our dinners, our activities, did our shopping, and answered our questions promptly. Peter Fuller, the wine distrbutor, was very accommodating and even made deliveries. And last but not least, Mike the manager, was terrific to work with in arranging our stay and in communicating on a timely and informative basis. Everyone was genuinely friendly and most gracious. If we have any suggestions, they are minor and would be only to advise that food and wine prices in the village seem high, so if guests wanted to save some money they could stop at Costco on the way to the villa to stock up, and then ask Rosina to help only with fill-in items. Of course, the tradeoff is convenience so it is a personal choice. And for technologically-challenged people, it would be easier on guests if the TV in the living room were simpler to work. That said, we loved our stay, and we highly recommend HDM 206 without reservation to anyone who wants to spend some good-for-your-soul time in a little piece of paradise.

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“big and safe” Stayed for a week and enjoyed every min. wake up in the morning sit on the deck and watch the ocean come alive. I love to surf and I had no idea when I rented it but it is owned by a legendary surfer. it sits just minutes away from some really fun surf breaks. the little beach side restaurants are a great place to eat or catch a Panga (small boat) to go to other surf breaks, fishing or whale watching. And one thing that is really nice is there is a store next door to get supplies. Can't wait to go back
