WAKE UP TO THE SOUND OF THE JUNGLE. Bring your binoculars for the wonderful array of exotic birds.

*You can rent this as a one bedroom casita, a two bedroom main house, or three bedrooms as the whole property (main and casita). The price listed here is for the two bedroom main house.

This main house has two bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen. Each bedroom has its own bath. There is also a "Bali Bed" in the living room for a shorter person. Off of the living room are two comfortable daybeds on the beautiful 30 foot deck overlooking the jungle. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a lovely patio off the kitchen.

In this peaceful, secluded and romantic retreat, in an environmentally protected area, you can escape the noise and activity of town. It is just minute's walk from its "own" gorgeous white sand beach and close enough to town for nice walks through fabulous jungle.

Stay in this house with character--a 100 year old Javanese teak house perched above papalillo and palm trees. Throw open the hand carved shutters to the soothing air of sea and jungle. On 3+ acres of exotic, lush land it is set in a grouping of 5 other like-style houses, all barely visible from each other on cobble-stoned paths through the trees...

Sayulita is a "happening", cobble-stoned Mexican town with a friendly zocolo (central gathering place) and fantastic restaurants and shops. Take yoga, learn Spanish, explore the jungle, surf, snorkel or just relax with a margarita to the sound of the surf.

And when day is done, fall asleep to the sounds of the jungle, from the changing of guard from day to night.

Response from the owner I appreciate the 5 star review. This IS indeed a special location. As follow up to the parking situation, we are planning to put another parking space at the house in the next few months to a year, as we are getting more and more renters with their own cars. As for the turn-around, the top is SUPPOSED to be a turn-around area, yet the new owners have been using it as a parking area, unbeknownst to me. That issue will also be resolved very soon.

Response from the owner The end of the rainy season (late October into November, when we reopen for the season) is the buggiest part of the year. (It is true, we do not have Mosquitos!) As it gets dryer, you will rarely see a bug. Our house is sprayed regularly. As for the road, also, at the end of the rainy season it has not yet been graded. USUALLY It is graded by beginning December. A new road is now being built to our house which will most likely be ready in the spring of 2016.

How do damage deposits work?
