“Punta Mita Magic” We stayed here with another couple in celebration of our 45th anniversary. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the views of Banderas Bay from the balcony and the pool were breathtaking. Location is perfect. Private and secluded beach and pool. Near the village. Easy to get around this enchanting enclave with the villa golf cart. Played golf twice. Went deep sea fishing. Had wonderful meals at Casa Teresa, Tuna Blanca, and Sufi. Visited the St. Regis and Four Seasons but liked our villa so much we spent most of our relaxing time at home. Rosina the conciege and Susana the housekeeper and cook, could not have been nicer or more helpful in giving us a special and relaxing vacation. Susana's mahi mahi dinner, breakfasts and her tacos for lunch were delicious. Chef Mario came in two nights to cook priviate dinners, and we wish we could have taken him home with us! If we were to do it again, we would have him come in almost every night! Rosina arranged our dinners, our activities, did our shopping, and answered our questions promptly. Peter Fuller, the wine distrbutor, was very accommodating and even made deliveries. And last but not least, Mike the manager, was terrific to work with in arranging our stay and in communicating on a timely and informative basis. Everyone was genuinely friendly and most gracious. If we have any suggestions, they are minor and would be only to advise that food and wine prices in the village seem high, so if guests wanted to save some money they could stop at Costco on the way to the villa to stock up, and then ask Rosina to help only with fill-in items. Of course, the tradeoff is convenience so it is a personal choice. And for technologically-challenged people, it would be easier on guests if the TV in the living room were simpler to work. That said, we loved our stay, and we highly recommend HDM 206 without reservation to anyone who wants to spend some good-for-your-soul time in a little piece of paradise.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“big and safe” Stayed for a week and enjoyed every min. wake up in the morning sit on the deck and watch the ocean come alive. I love to surf and I had no idea when I rented it but it is owned by a legendary surfer. it sits just minutes away from some really fun surf breaks. the little beach side restaurants are a great place to eat or catch a Panga (small boat) to go to other surf breaks, fishing or whale watching. And one thing that is really nice is there is a store next door to get supplies. Can't wait to go back

Wonderful Experience

This is an absolutely beautiful home to stay in on your vacation to wonderful Punta de Mita. Not only was the home modern, spotless and comfortable it had every amenity we needed. We were met the first day by the owner's wonderful manager Dani, who gave us a perfect rundown about the house and the area and the places to visit on our stay. We really enjoyed the view and the fact that our children could enjoy themselves without the rules governed by renting a condo. The area is spectacular and a short walk to beaches, whale watching and great surf locations, golf and wonderful restaurants. We are seriously considering making it an annual event. Stunning Sunrise to Sunset View Beachfront Luxury Condo - Best Deal on Beach
Really is best deal on beach!

Here for just 3 days but loved. Not to good to be true. Beautiful, and spacious 5th floor condo. Sweeping views. Very nice secure condo with just 12 units. Everyone very friendly. 5 minute walk into the main area of Punta Mita. Sleeps 6 is 2 bedrooms with double beds + a double air mattress. (But it's a nice air mattress) It worked fine for our family. Kids will sleep anywhere. Wouldn't be good for 6 adults though. It is as described in flipkey. Great surf breaks close by but there was no swell when we were here. :-( It happens. Punta Mita is more truly Mexican than I thought it would be. Way more locals than tourist though this is a touristy area. Some in service industry are fluent in English. Many are partial and lots of people that speak very little English, especially off the main restaurant strip. Very small grocery store about 5 minute walk away that has a little of everything. If you want groceries for a week, get them in PVR. Punta Mita has very nice places, dumpy places and everything in between. Off the beach is where the local seem to live and most of the places look very "rustic". 50% completed condo unit right next store that might get finished some day. It's been sitting for years. Part of the character of Punta Mita. This really is Mexico, unlike the high end resorts of Nuevo Vallarta. We loved it. I'd stay here again for sure. … see more
Villa Lunada Estate Home in Punta Mita
Amazing Time!

We have been lucky to stay at Villa Lunada now twice with another family - both of us having children 8 and 9 - and everyone had a blast! The location could not be better with sweeping ocean views and tucked nicely behind the gates of Punta Mita. The rooms are all generous, comfy and everyone could find their own space when it was siesta time or all come together to lounge by the pool or have a drink in the open-air living room. Fully Staffed - Punta Mita Mansion
Best days of my life!!!

I recently held my wedding at Casa China Blanca; as well as stayed as a guest for 4 days. It was truly the best four days of my life and the whole experience with Casa China Blanca was stellar from start to finish. Jennifer Lawrence informed me of everything I needed to know from the moment I rented the place. She also sounded genuinely enthusiastic and happy for my marriage as well...and she doesn't even know me! Cynthia and the rest of the wonderful staff at the house made me feel like a Queen the whole time I was there. I can not wait to return. I have told several friends and family about the property since. If you have 10 people stay there (that is the max) it is just as affordable as an all-inclusive resort in Nuevo Vallarta...but the luxury does not even come close to that of Casa China Blanca. It is truly a special place and somewhere i will always hold dear to my heart. It's almost like it has a life of its own and I can't wait to go back and visit. Unique Beach Penthouse..4 Bedrooms with Private Pool & Full Staff
Beyond Our Expectations

This was our 2nd year to vacation at the Penthouse #401 in Los Veneros and this year we brought another couple because we were so eager to share what was a fabulous vacation last year and it did not disappoint. Trish was again amazing to work with every way and the concierge, Paulina, assisted us with transportation to and from airport and many excursions about the area for dinner and sightseeing.She also arranged for our spa appointments, another great service. I can't say enough about the accommodations and indescribably breathtaking ocean views from all windows. This particular Penthouse #401 is a primo location on the property, with unobstructed views in all directions, and just steps to the most pristine 3 mile long beach with powdery white sand. There is a wealth of things to do, for all ages, and someone close by to help with arrangements. We used the included surf and boogie boards. We had the option of our own private infinity splash pool, or three other larger pools amongst the perfectly landscaped grounds. The unit is two story, very large, clean, beautifully and professionally furnished, with lovely details such as fresh flowers in most rooms. The Beach Club has great food, and wonderful service from abby and Eddie. They even arranged for a special anniversary cake for our friends. A First Class Vacation Rental!!

We love Punta Mita and have been staying at the Four Seasons Punta Mita for a few years very happily. Because we traveled with friends this time during high season when the rates were so outrageously expensive, we decided to try a rental property so we could all stay together with our kids and were lucky enough to book HDM206. What an incredible experience! First of all, Mike, the manager, is a doll and extremely helpful and knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. A very personable professional. He made sure all our needs were met and was on call for any questions or concerns we had. Secondly, the condo is everything it is reported and reviewed as being. It's immaculate, it's gorgeous, it's beautifully spacious, it's 100% beachfront with breathtaking views. It's stocked with everything you could want plus they will grocery shop for you for whatever you want. It was just perfect. We are all still having withdrawals from Susana's cooking. Her demeanor is incredibly sweet and her cooking is beyond any expectation. We must have all gained 5 lbs on our trip as we ate everything she put in front of us. We had children with special nutritional needs which she was able to come up with incredible meals for them as well.....better food than most of the hotels! Which brings me to the genius of renting this unit. Staying at the hotels in the area, we never really left the grounds or had access to anything else. We realize we had been to Punta Mita 5 times and had not explored it at all! Staying at HDM206, you have access to the Four Seasons and St. Regis, as well as a gorgeous beach (Kupuri) we didnt even know existed, plus the chef and concierge at our disposal at less than half the price it would have cost us to stay that long at the hotels during high season. And the beach and pools at the Hacienda de Mita complex right outside our balcony was also just lovely and the kids loved it. We had such a more well-rounded experience in a much more cost effective way staying in this gorgeous condo. The one downfall of our trip was Rosina, the concierge. She was a disaster, but reading the other reviews, that seemed not to be her usual performance. However, Mike and her employer, Diego, quickly remedied the situation and took over and gave us the utmost in professional and personal care. I will never work with her again, but would request Diego again and be just perfectly happy renting this unit again. This is a very special place!! … see more
