“Punta Mita Magic” We stayed here with another couple in celebration of our 45th anniversary. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the views of Banderas Bay from the balcony and the pool were breathtaking. Location is perfect. Private and secluded beach and pool. Near the village. Easy to get around this enchanting enclave with the villa golf cart. Played golf twice. Went deep sea fishing. Had wonderful meals at Casa Teresa, Tuna Blanca, and Sufi. Visited the St. Regis and Four Seasons but liked our villa so much we spent most of our relaxing time at home. Rosina the conciege and Susana the housekeeper and cook, could not have been nicer or more helpful in giving us a special and relaxing vacation. Susana's mahi mahi dinner, breakfasts and her tacos for lunch were delicious. Chef Mario came in two nights to cook priviate dinners, and we wish we could have taken him home with us! If we were to do it again, we would have him come in almost every night! Rosina arranged our dinners, our activities, did our shopping, and answered our questions promptly. Peter Fuller, the wine distrbutor, was very accommodating and even made deliveries. And last but not least, Mike the manager, was terrific to work with in arranging our stay and in communicating on a timely and informative basis. Everyone was genuinely friendly and most gracious. If we have any suggestions, they are minor and would be only to advise that food and wine prices in the village seem high, so if guests wanted to save some money they could stop at Costco on the way to the villa to stock up, and then ask Rosina to help only with fill-in items. Of course, the tradeoff is convenience so it is a personal choice. And for technologically-challenged people, it would be easier on guests if the TV in the living room were simpler to work. That said, we loved our stay, and we highly recommend HDM 206 without reservation to anyone who wants to spend some good-for-your-soul time in a little piece of paradise.

“Great building, great location” I've stayed here three times over the past three years, and I'll definitely be back. The condo itself beautiful with high end finishes and a million dollar view. The building has a pool and hot tub, and its gate opens directly to the beach. I could never leave the condo and be content, but it's only a short walk from great restaurants and activities in Punta Mita. Punta Mita is a great little town that is nice, yet not overrun with tourists. Ask for Gerardo at the marina for a great fishing trip. The location is also convenient to Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita if you're looking for a bigger town for a side trip. I'm already looking forward to my next trip.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Soothing, peaceful & private with a great view” This was our second visit to this lovely rooftop condo, we enjoyed it so much last year we decided to return. Our host Dana is exemplary, makes sure we have everything we need & is so gracious. We particularly love the privacy of the condo but the bustle & action of PV or Bucerias is not far away & easily accessible. We enjoyed the condo even more this year & would return for another visit in a heartbeat.

“Beautiful inspiring residence, easy walk to town” My partner and I spent 5 nights in this 2 bedroom duplex. There was no one in the upstairs unit while we were there so we could easily use the rooftop terrace as well as the swimming pool which was at our ground floor level. All of the amenities were here. We cooked alot and found everything we needed. San Pancho is a wonderful Mexican town, largely unspoiled by tourism. I highly recommend Casa alegre for a vacation rental.
