This desireable beachfront condominium can be your vacation home! It’s one of only several inside the private Punta Mita Resort located directly on the beach! Included is a full-time chef & maid, 7-days a week. Our unit is the ONLY HdM Condo that offers the option to have 3 meals daily prepared for its guests, including dinner plus hors d'oeuvres, exclusive of cost of food.

HdM206 is one of the most desirable properties within Punta Mita Private Resort’s gates. HdM206 is well-appointed & impeccably maintained. The 5-star St. Regis and Four Seasons resorts, and six other beach clubs in the resort, are located just a few minutes away using the condo's golf cart.

"Wonderful Time in Punta Mita!

Just returned from a week at this condo in Punta Mita with my wife and daughter and it was fabulous. The description of the property doesn’t really do it justice. Having rented houses all over North America in the last 20 years this was one of the best most professional experiences we have had. Everything about the condo and surrounding property is exceptional. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with separate thermostats (AC worked great), bathrooms were spotless and lots of hot water. The pool area and beach are incredibly clean. Ocean out front is swimmable and if you surf there is a great break (good for beginners) right out front. We always felt completely safe and were all over the 1500 acres in the golf cart provided. There are 4-5 excellent restaurants a 2-minute walk away. Our concierge Rosina was responsive and can arrange dinner reservations, excursions etc. Suzanna prepared great authentic Mexican breakfast and lunch for us as well as a tasty dessert or 2. “Wow! What a property!

From start to finish this apartment is simply fantastic. Susannah is an incredible chef and keeps the apartment immaculate. There were 7 of us there celebrating my sisters birthday (mix of US and UK) and each of us had the exact same thought, WOW! it is s clean and comfortable and the diversity of beach club options is amazing Our favorite was Kupuri but Pacifico was certainly 1.a. Drinks at at Mita Mary for sunset are a must. The best part all of these clubs can be accessed for free with this rental. Once there drinks and food are reasonable and the service is second to none. You have a six seat cart to get from place to place, though my wife and I walked the 2 miles to Kupuri each day for a little exercise. You can also walk into town and have dinner at amazing seaside restaurants (Rustica and Pescadora were our favorites). Two master suites have king beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds. The 4th is a flex-bedroom furnished 2 twin-sized beds. HdM206 has an impressive 700 square foot covered outdoor patio plus spectacular 180-degree unobstructed views of the Banderas coastline and the scenic Marietta Islands.

PREMIER Golf Membership included which provides access to two Jack Nicklaus championship golf courses, the tennis center, the fitness facility, and six beach clubs (St. Regis, Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufito, HdM & the recently opened Surf Club). While beach club access is complimentary, the golf courses, the tennis center and the fitness facility are available to our guests for a fee.

Our 4 concierges are fluent in English and Spanish.
