“one of my more enjoyable destination vacation” Wonderful location, close to the beach, amenities within walking distance. The Villa had everything we needed, the roof top deck was the best place to spend your time. The food options were amazing, never had a bad meal. Prices were really reasonable. Saturday market days are a must do. Thanks to Katie guiding us through the first time, we gained wisdom and made new friends. Everything you could think of was available to us in the Villa.

“Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

Villa Beyond the Rainbow
Wonderful quiet retreat

Two beautiful villas with 2 and 3 bedrooms plus a separate apartment, all with full kitchens plus cooking and eating utensils. The villas are located a the top of the majestic hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains approximately half-way between the airport and downtown Manzanillo. Fran, the owner/operator/hostess has lovingly decorated the homes in vibrant colors with interesting Mexican artwork and some early-American antiques giving them an eclectic, fun and funky ambience. She is also a terrific gardener and there are beautiful, exotic flowers and trees everywhere. There is no direct beach access although you can walk down to the beach in about 15 minutes via an unpaved path down the hill; or you can drive down to the private Beach Club (passes are provided to Fran's guests) with pool, beach access and restaurant. The roof top terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding views, sunbathe, read and sip a margarita! A great hideaway for a romantic, quiet vacation. I would not recommend the villas for families, particularly with young children or for anyone with mobility concerns as there are a few sets of stairs. … see more

Perfect House Perfect Location Incredible Views Excellent Owners

We took our first visit to Manzanillo for my wife's birthday in aug 2012. The house is cozey with all the needed amenities needed to enjoy a weekend or week at the beach. The water is literally a 60 second walk from your front door! We loved the roof-top cabana - incredible sunsets and views of Santiago Bay. The owners...Wow! I communicated with Kate and, as a cautious person who was somewhat leary of wire transfers and rentals in Mexico, can say that everything went perfect - from Katie, to the house, to armando (the property manger with lots of great recommendations for food!), to the nice quiet (yet family fun!) experience!
