Located in the sought after Fishpen area the two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation has a spacious living area that extends out into the outdoor living through the bifold doors. Note: new lounge just delivered!

With a dog beach out the back gate, this property is now Pet Friendly (small/medium Inside dogs will be considered).

Being on Fishpen you will have facilities at your door like Ford Park with it's BBQ area and playground, Bike Hire, Takeaway food shop, petrol station and Cafe. You will only be a few minutes walk from Mitches Jetty and a flat walk around the lake to the town of Merimbula.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review. The owner has been made aware of the age and need for a new BBQ. We have since your stay ordered a brand new BBQ for guests to enjoy. While our listing implies "beachfront living", as it does front the beach, it does not say "sea views" nor does it imply such. We are happy you enjoyed your stay, we take all feedback on board and always look to improve.
