Description

The house is located in Hillsboro Village, 1 block from Music Row, 2 blocks from Belmont and 3 blocks from Vanderbilt. The location is about 1.5 miles from downtown Nashville. It has hardwood floors, modern kitchen w/granite counter tops, 3 Bedrooms with queen beds , washer, dryer and all kitchen equipment furnished. Please note the house has one full bath in the center hall and a 1/2 bath in the Master Bedroom. Deluxe bedding and linens, large fenced back yard with covered patio and grill. Restaurants and shops are 3 houses away, walking distance to pancake pantry. Total house is about 1,500 square feet. Nicely decorated.

“Bit dated but great location”

This house is in a great location but needs to be updated. It has most things you need & 3 good double beds. The front door is a little worrying & definitely needs looking at & the clearer even though she was very nice, needs to clean under the beds. Once that is sorted this place is perfect for a few nights stay in Nashville.

“Great place!”

We stayed here for 5 nights after making our booking quite late on, after our long standing booking elsewhere was cancelled when the owner sold the house... we’re so glad they did! This house was perfect for our stay in this lovely city. We walked into Nashville & back on several occasions (approx 40 minute walk to the bars on Broadway - we did not rush as it was very warm). The walk down Music Row & into the heart of the city was enjoyable & we always felt safe. The house is in a pretty street with restaurants within steps of the home. The house itself was attractive, comfortable & clean. The bed linens were of a high quality & there was an abundance of white, fluffy towels. It has a homey feel as it was built at the turn of the 20th century but with all the modern conveniences we could possibly have needed during our stay. The beds were really comfy & the area very quiet so we slept well & the air conditioning kept the house at a lovely temperature despite the heat outside. The owners left welcome gifts - such a lovely touch, & when we arrived prior to check in (we had no WiFi & couldn’t check the stated time on our booking), they were very courteous & let us put some perishables in the fridge whilst they finished preparing the house for our stay & kindly directed us to the nearest, very close, supermarket. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back garden - but do remember bug spray as the mosquitoes are very persistent when outdoors anywhere in the city! We loved watching the squirrels walk the fence in the yard & even saw fireflies in the back garden! Also, we went to the Pancake Pantry for breakfast on our last morning, just a really short drive from the house. What a treat to find this so locally! Thank you for such a comfortable base for our stay in Nashville - we are glad we found this property.
