Quiet streets of private homes, beach cottages and condos dominate, and everything revolves around Neskowin's world-class beach. * Add $10 per night for each additional person,
* Add $50 per week for each additional person,
* Add $100 per month for each additional person.
* Advance deposit of 50% required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.
* Balance due before arrival.
* Cancellation fee of $40 within 72 hours of reservation.
* Two night minimum.
* Peak Season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights when we were visiting family over the holidays. After searching the internet for days and finding below average rentals for above average prices, we stumbled upon this little gem in Neskowin. I'm always doubtful about the view as advertised, but this place did not disappoint! Located on the third story, we had unobstructed views of the beautiful pacific ocean and proposal rock. I sat for hours in the cozy breakfast nook curled up with my book while watching the waves and creek flow right beneath us. And the condo is updated and modern, and has lovely personal touches throughout and basically everything you could need during your visit. Every time we were about to say we needed something, we would turn around and there it was! And Newkowin was such a charming little "village." We had never stayed in that area before, but we would definitely recommend it. It was a beautiful and peaceful environment to get away from it all. And close enough to Lincoln City that you don't feel too far removed from shopping, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Oregon coast hideaway. We really enjoyed ourselves!

An absolutely fabulous condo -- terrific view from large windows in main room and master bedroom; large table for dining or working; fully furnished kitchen (including spices!); bright, cheerful, comfortable furnishings; private wifi; and very accommodating owners. We've stayed in many places on the Oregon coast, but this remains our favorite. Can be a base for traveling or a great place to simply "be." Beautiful long, uncrowded, undeveloped beach for walking. This is our 4th visit in as many years, and we never cease to be delighted. You do need to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs, so those of us with aging knees are learning to travel light.

Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed already available. We used as a base to explore the surrounding coastal towns, but would also be an excellent place to just relax and enjoy the beach and views. Something we would definitely look forward to doing here in the future! Thank you so much for making such a wonderful place available!

Everything we needed and more. Clean and comfortable with an outstanding view of the ocean. Loved every momont here, Kids loved the two rivers and playing in the sand. A wonderful escape away from the big city. The owners were more than fair with us allowing us to stay at the last minute...A big thankyou for opening you door to us!
