This is a great beach house with a home town feel! Close to all the restaurants, shops and of course the beach. Very clean. Great place to relax and bar-b-que with the boardwalk right out front. Tv, internet and all of the amenities work great. I love coming to this place.

well kept roomy bungalow with everything right there. Seems as you settle in that it is your own place on the beach, warm,cozy yet elbow room and just steps from the boardwalk, sand, water, pier and walk down a few blocks to great places to eat, sightsee, or widow shop.The folks that own this show care in maintenance and upkeep, you won't be left with a mess or broken-down appliances or furniture.

This was my 6th year to stay in this beach house. I am already planning for next year. We always feel at home. It is a real classic. Great patio on the boardwalk. Walking distance to shopping and dinning. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a Beach House the way they should be. It is classic in style, well situated and equipped, yet not overdone. Right on the boardwalk with easy, direct access to the beach. Come here to relax, rejuvenate and recharge! Everything worked as it should. Great TV, decorations and restaurants close by. We loved the walks around the pier as well as the nearby homes.

The location of this beach house is great. I was able to walk to town, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The home was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything I needed was provided. I hope to return soon.

A beautiful beach house with the best location in Newport Beach! The beach is right out your front door. Restaurants steps away. So much to do from this charming cottage. You and your family and friends will love it!
