Enjoy the view from both sides of this nicely decorated three bedroom, two bath, first floor condominium. From the dining area view the tennis courts, recreation building and man-made pond with the mountains of Franconia Notch standing tall behind. The rear faces a lovely space of lawn and the river flowing by.
All on one level this offers three bedrooms each with its own television and two full baths as well as a kitchen, dining and living area complete with wood burning fireplace. I would highly recommend Deer Park Resort. The place was very clean. There are things for the kids to do there. The pool was really nice, and so was the man made beach. The place is close to everything. We will definitely be coming back next year.

This Condo was outstanding!!! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Well stocked with everything. Close to the Recreation Facilities!! We would go back tomorrow!!

And, as always, Loon Reservation Service was very easy and friendly to deal with. I've been booking our annual stay with them for 5 years and it's always been an uncomplicated experience. Very responsive to inquiries about available units or just general questions I may have.
The only criticism I have about the unit we stayed in this year was that there was insufficient hot water and the heat didn't seem to be working. But, that has nothing to do with Loon Res. Service. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not spoil our stay. -

We had a weekend 60th birthday celebration with our 2kids, their spouses and a grandson. The unit was perfect for our get-together and convenient to soooo many different options of activities.

We have been staying at the same location for the last 5 years. We love it! but now that our family has grown we need to move to a bigger place such as a 4 or 5 bdrm. I wished they had that size at Deer Park because my grandkids love it there and so don't we. thank you for you help.

we stayed in the same condo 3 years ago. We think it is the best on because of its location with the pemi river in the backyard and close to the recreation center and lake with a view of the mountains. It's kitchen is well stocked-somethings better than my own! My only suggestions would be more towels and pillows per guest and then to be allowed to check in earlier in the day. When coming from out of town, and not be allowed to check in until 4pm, the car has to be unpacked, get settled, a trip to the grocery store and then making dinner....you are doing well if you are eating before 8:30pm. All in all we love it!

I have gone to Deer Park for many years but for the last 3 years since we now have 3 grandchildren and have stayed in the same first flr unit we always have a great time and the children as soon as they walk in they remember and run around to find their bedrooms. We are renting again for next year. So for the ones that have not stayed in this location please you must try it, it is wonderful for adults especially for children and don't forget to use the swimming pool!!

We have stayed at D192 for quite a few years now and never had a problem. However, this year was a different story. The lock on the front door didnt work. The couch was so flat it was like sitting on the floor. The screen door needed to be replaced as well as the mattresses in the bedrooms (they have been used so much that they now have indents in them when you look at them). When you take a shower in the master bathroom, there seems to be what feels like a hole underneath the shower pan. Don't get me wrong, we have always loved this place. But it is time to upgrade the furniture (couch and mattresses) as well as put a little tlc into it. It deserves it. Its been used a lot and hopefully will continue to be. We had a great time and will come back to Deer Park. But I am not sure that we will use this unit again unless things are replaced.

We had a great comfortable stay and enjoyed the Highland Games. The property and location were great because we were away from the hustle, but just a shuttle bus away! The scenery from the condo was great - mountains out one side and the beautiful stream out the other. And thanks to the Lord we had beautiful weather as well! Thanks for a great weekend. We hope to come back.

We rented last year the unit above but enjoyed the first floor better since we had our kids and grandchildren which made it must easier to go out and play. Love the place!!
