The Nusa Dua Penthouse is located at the Private Residences managed by Novotel, Nusa Dua Resort. Its beach location at Bali's premiere beach, Nusa Dua, the resaort has its own Beach club and ideally situated adjacent the Marriot hotel to the north, the Hotel Bali Age to the west.
The Nusa Dua complex all within minutes either by walking or courtesy shuttles, several international hotels, the Bali Collection Mall entertainment/lifestyle/dining complex, a championship golf course is within 5 min walk, the Bali Connection shopping corso and some of the most spectacular white sand beaches.
Located only 10 km from the Bali International Airport and 15-25 min from the tourist areas of Kuta/Legian/Seminyak. Nusa Dua is definitely the area we recommend to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a safe and clean environment, with great pool and beach facilities as well as endless dining options within walking distance.

I recently returned from Bali and the Nusa Dua Novotel Penthouse was fantastic. Dean (the owner) was professional and very helpful. The place is stunning. Every aspect of the resort was also fantastic. The private beach is gorgeous and the beach club restaurant/bar made spending the day at the beach really pleasant and easy. All of the resort staff were lovely and very accomodating. I would highly recommend the resort and this specific property to anyone. It is everything that is promised and much more. Bali is quite the experience. The recommendations Dean provided were very accurate as well. If you are thinking about Bali, I would book this.

We rented this apartment in Nusa Dua, which was managed by Novotel, the location was pretty good and so was the ambience of the whole resort. The apartment was well done, clean and with 2 bedrooms and bath rooms (Rooms are as good as they are shown in the pictures), you also get a nice balcony with all resort facilities.
Just a few points that you should confirm:
1. We were charged for getting the apartment cleaned. Apparently, they only clean the apartment twice a week and if you want the services apart from that, you will need to pay ~28-30 USD
2. The airconditioning was not working properly on the first day, Novotel was prompt to get it fixed but they took 2 days to fix it. - Please note!
3. Ameneties were good - swimming pool, a nice restaurant with live music etc., staff was friendly and willing to help!
4. Resort is beautiful and they also have a private beach for which they will provide you with free shuttles, please make use of that!
5. Please enquire whether Breakfast and Wifi are included in your booking!

We stayed for a week and it was a perfect holiday. The apartment is top floor, fantastic view and large open area with 5 star furnishings with all the extras. Perfect for couples or a family holiday. The resort facilities are outstanding, pools, beach and spa, kids play areas and plenty for them to do. You can self cater and cook at home or eat out at the resort restaurants or just take a stroll to several great local places near by. The resort staff were excellent, always happy to help and always with a smile! We will be back for another holiday for sure...

Awesome place to stay. The apartment has plenty of space with all the facilities. Loved the huge pool, kids club, gym and beach club facilities are great. Service within the resort is great, with ample food options that is reasonably priced. As frequent travellers to Bali, we rate the Nusa Dua Penthouse up there with the best.
