Description

Luxury villa in St. Martin with adjacent access to Orient Beach. This huge villa offers beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean. It has a very nice pool and large terrace with outdoor living and dining. It has a kitchen with stainless steel and granite throughout and an open floor plan for entertaining. The master suite contains its own private bath with a glass block shower and double sinks and marble floors. All three other bedrooms have comfortable king beds (one with twins that can be turned into a king.) and private baths with marble/granite floors/countertops. A housekeeper is available daily and each room has cable tv. There is a giant sceen TV and a sound system with IPOD player and CD/DVD. Master Bedroom aslo has a DVD. There is a panoramic view of the palm trees and ocean and other villas only in the distant so you have plenty of privacy. There are many restaurants within walking and driving distance - with a few just a couple of blocks walk. Recommendations can be provided for local transporation and pick up from the airport. You don't want to miss this special vacation spot. It is excellent for both families and couples and priced according to number of bedrooms utilized. The outdoor living area has a couch and loveseat with a coffee table, a dining room table that seats eight and a nice bar with a sink and refrigerator. There is also an outdoor shower and footbath when coming back from the beach. The inside dining area is also roomy with one table for six and another one for four on the front verandah. The second master bedroom has it's own private entrance and terrace. All supplies are provided (linen, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc.). Books and games are availble in the library upstairs where you can lounge away the day on beautiful deep couches and an indoor hammock. There is also additional seating for quiet reflection on the expansive grounds and a second patio just outside the pool terrace under graceful shade trees and palms. Enough can't be said about this location being so close to the beach but ultra private with its own privacy gate and natural distance from other villas. Be prepared to spoil yourself on this vacation!

How do damage deposits work?
