“Great Time” We stayed two weeks in one of amaury's studios and had an excellent time. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the balcony. The view of Orient Beach is fantastic. We set up chairs at the pool each day and swam in it and the ocean each day. The walks up and down from the parking lots and pool to the studio kept us in shape but are not for the sedentary. Its just a short drive to the market, Orient Village and Grand Case restaurants. We will be back!

“The most wonderful time of the year!” Our family vacation in St. Martin ended in august, after our 6th year being guests at Villa Belle Mer. Now we are counting the days until next summer to return to the beautiful Island and our second home, Villa Belle Mer. Upon each return new and wonderful things happen at the villa, this year all new outdoor furniture, spacious area for 8 - 10 persons to sit in comfort. I was the queen in the gourmet kitchen until the arrival of a large weber gasgrill, then the men took over cooking the dinners. Our boys spent hours with friends in the upstairs library, playing one of the many games available for the guests, as well about 200 books. The friendly cross breezes and ceiling fans makes this a wonderful get away with the views over to St. Barts. Thank you for letting us share your Villa.

“Most amazing Villa ever 5 star all the way. Great View and Pool” We stayed for a week in St. Martin at Villa Monte Verde. It is in a gated community by orient beach. This place is amazing!! I have stayed in Villas in St. Thomas and aruba they did not compare to Monte verde. The place has (4) Master Beadrooms/Bathrooms and 4 outdoor showers. Each Bedroom had an oceanview. The amentites were 5 star!! I can't say enough good things about this place. The 180 degree view and the infitiny pool were amazing. I can not even give a recommendation on how it could be better the place is perfect. Mr. Flemming the Property manager was very attentive to all our needs and questions, housekeeping was wonderful. I guess you can tell that I really liked the place. I wish I was not back home in the cold weather of Minnesota. Oh well there is always next year. You will not be dissapointed if you rent this place. It was so great I am going to recommend it on all the travel sites. Thanks again Mr. Flemming/Sky Companies for a great villa and vacation.

“Perfect!!” We stayed at Villa Esther just last week. It's in a excellent location with walking access to Bikini Beach as well as La Playa which provides a free chair and umbrella, with drink purchase. The plunge pool is perfect for a cooling down after the beach. Wifi keeps you connected with home without massive cell charges, and the entire place is clean and functional. A/C works great on hot nights. Best part is your walking distance to some of the best cuisine on the island. It's all here at Villa Esther, as well as an outstanding staff to welcome you.

About Orient Bay

Orient Bay lies in the heart of St. Martin, a relaxed Caribbean vacation destination with a glamorous European feel. I would definately return. The house is well maintained, plenty of room for our family of 6. It's directly behind Wakiki Beach restaurant & beach. The maid service was fantastic. It had so many beach towels, we didn't need to bring any. lots of pots, pans, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer and soap& detergents. welcome basket of beer, wine, water, snacks was very nice after a long day traveling. Excellent stay!

My children (teenagers) and I loved staying in this studio, it's nice and very comfortable: great king size bed + couch, kitchen very well equipped, appliances provided (e.g. efficient small vacuum cleaner), good a/C, TV with French channels, reliable Wifi (we could watch Netflix on our iPod/iPhone). It's located in one of the best areas of St Martin, very nice beach within walking distance, not far from the supermarket to buy good French food and not far from the departure port to Pinel Island. We had a car which is recommended. The building was quiet. I thought the French side of St Martin was much better than the Dutch side as it's more laid-back. Although the weather forecast was 'rain', it was sunny most of the time. The studio owners are extremely nice and will give you all the information you need before going to the studio, they will keep in touch during your stay and accommodate your concerns if any. My boyfriend and I just returned from our 5-day stay at Cote Reve and are suffering serious withdrawal!! The villa is absolutely everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing and luxurious vacation. And it's huge! Its two floors, two bathrooms and outdoor terrace felt palatial compared to our NYC apt! We took advantage of the fully functional kitchen to make breakfast a few mornings, and prepared snacks post beach, although there is really no need to cook for yourselves as you are a 3 min walk to Orient Village where you can sit at the lovely cafes for breakfast, eat lunch on the beach and chose a different restaurant every night for dinner. Despite the close proximity to the village the villa is dead silent at night apart from the crashing waves :) If there is anything negative to report it is the restaurants close early (for New Yorkers) so don't plan to sit down to dinner at 10pm. Moune gave us wonderful recommendations for things to do on the island during our stay but we were content to plant ourselves at Bikini Beach and let Pierre pamper us. We did make it to Pinel Island one day for snorkeling- a must! We did not rent a car nor saw a need to as taxis are cheap and easy to find in the village. To reach the ocean from the villa you must walk all the way past the pool which the unit overlooks then thru a gate and cross a gravel path. 2-3 minutes tops depending on if you stopped to dip a toe in the pool on your way by. Couldn't be closer! I really can't say enough good things about Cote Reve or our hosts. I travel often and use airBnB frequently. We all know that familiar let down when the place looks like it's aged 10 years since the pictures were taken, or the photographer was very adept at Photoshop. Cote Reve is more beautiful in person (perhaps it's the sounds of the ocean? Or the views from the bedroom?) Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a lovely condo nestled in Mt. Vernon. The owners Amaury & Thibault were very warm and when we had any questions, they answered them immediately. The whole condo was in great shape and the view amazing overlooking Orient Beach. Easy walk to the pool which was close to the beach. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We just returned from our week at Lataniers 12 in Orient Bay. It was a very clean, comfortable unit. The layout and location are idea. We walked to restaurants, the pastry shop and Orient beach. The unit has a new kitchen, comfortable couch and all that you could need for a week in paradise. A great bargain. The king bed is firm -- that could be good or bad -- it was a bit too firm for me. … see more
