I just started listing my new vacation on flipkey.com in 2017 and do only have a very few reviews so far. This is a beautiful new place, guaranteed.

Nestled in the lush tropical landscape of Ventura Country Club, this gated condo is within short distance to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and other entertainment areas.

Arrivals : Saturdays after 5 pm, departures Saturdays by 10.30 am.(always Sat-Sat).

This vacation condo features two brand new luxurious bathrooms with granite counter top, very modern furniture, black leather sofa, chrome glass dining table and chairs, ceiling fans, 3 LCD TV's, DVD and lots more. The terrace/ patio has a nice view into the woods and lots of sunshine in the daytime. Ceramic tiles throughout the condo. Very contemporary modern furnishing. Sleeps 4 people comfortably. This is a great place to spend your Florida vacation.

Ventura Country Club is a gated tropical resort and only a short drive to the local attractions. After a busy day in the parks, enjoy a nice quiet evening on the screened patio, relax by the pool or take a walk. Golfers can enjoy an 18 Hole/Par 70 Championship Golf Course, professional golf coaching, a pro shop and reduced green fees.

The clubhouse includes a restaurant,bar, fitness center, library and an Olympic size pool. There are also tennis courts and a playground for our younger guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
