Wonderful 2 story townhome/villa on Big Sand Lake just minutes from all three major theme parks! Surrounded by 100's of restaurants, great shopping, golf courses, endless entertainment this location is fantastic! All the comforts of home. The split floor plan offers privacy. A quiet small community in the attraction corridor, you'll be pleased with your choice and be at any of the parks in 5-10 minutes!

I also have a 1 bedroom townhouse with 2 queens beds available also!!! very affordable

3 night minimum. I have 2, two bedroom townhomes so dates may be available if this one is booked. The photos are of the home that is associated with this calendar.

2 Bedroom Town home - 3 queen beds, one 1st floor bedroom and one 2nd floor bedroom. 2 full Baths, with balcony and large patio. 3 Flat Screened TVs with DVD players. Wireless Internet! View of Big Sand Lake. Fireworks from Disney reflect on the lake - gorgeous sunsets. On site restaurant, lighted tennis courts.

*Pet friendly - limited to 30lbs. Additional fees for pets as we do extra cleaning to remove allergens and must refresh all rugs & fabric after you leave. The property is clean, clean, clean!!

Updated, roomy and convenient to all parks and Convention center.

Getting around

Uber and taxi service available for those without a rental vehicle. Orlando attractions are not in walking distance. As an example, Disney and Universal are about 8 miles from each other. The townhome is centered between the three major parks, convention center, International Drive, and shopping malls. Several grocery stores are in the area including Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix, Walmart and Fresh Market. There are literally over 100 restaurants nearby. There are maps and helpful phone numbers in the welcome manual.

Interaction with guest

Directions and a code for the front door keypad are emailed approx 2 weeks before arrival. If you need assistance or find anything in need of attention I am always available by text, email or cell phone. You'll find a welcome manual with the wifi code, maps and other helpful information at the townhome.

Response from the owner I appreciate Heather's comments and indeed am searching for a sofa with more 'cush'. The red leather sofa is fairly new and I was told it would last, but some items just don't live up to their promises - but I do! Part of the fun of offering a home to guests is knowing they loved their stay. All suggestions are welcome and help me improve your experience.

Response from the owner Good news! Our sprinkler system has been inoperable recently and our grounds had areas that needed refreshing. I was just elected President of our owner's association and we have already started a total upgrade to landscaping. We've installed more lighting, ordered mulch and plants with park areas in the works. Within a few weeks, you'll find Sand Lake Village as inviting outside as my townhome is inside! I do hope you'll reconsider staying in the future. I'm sure you will be pleased.
