BEDROOMS: Your private master suite with a King Sized bed and 26" flat screen TV and private bath assures your Comfort and Privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a 26" flat screen TV and shares a bath with the third bedroom. There are 2 double beds in the third bedroom, also with a 26" flat screen TV. .
KITCHEN: Feel at home in a Fully Equipped Kitchen with brand new modern stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the Living and Dining areas so no matter where you are in this Condo you can be part of the action.
DINING AND LIVING ROOMS: A comfortable dining room and spacious living room fulfill the needs of family get together. Sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite show on your 42" TV, or pop in a movie in the DVD player.
INTERNET: If you need to Stay Connected to the Office during your stay or just want to check out Local restaurants, its easy, just plug into the Free hi-speed wireless internet in the Unit and surf away!
OTHER CONDO AMENITIES: A Washer and dryer is located in the unit to wash bathing suits and t-shirts etc as well as iron and ironing board and hair dryers.
Walk two steps from your building and you have access to a 2 mile walking trail around Beautiful Lake Cay. From the patio you will enjoy penthouse views.
Need Groceries? No Problem a Brand New Publix Grocery store is in walking distance.
This gated community - for added security- offers a Pool, Spa, Putting Green, Grilling and Picnic Area, Movie Theater, Game Room, Children's Play Area and Fitness Center in the Clubhouse.

The condo was incredibly clean and had all the comforts of home! Because of this condo I feel that our vacation went from great to awesome! My family recently stayed in this unit and we were very happy. The condo was clean and quiet and our entire family was very comfortable. We were a family of 5 but the large back bedroom with two double beds could easily accommodate more people. We had a car but did not mind the 15-20 minute walk to the convention center. The unit and entire property were clean and the location was great. 15-20 minutes from airport. 10-15 minutes from Universal Studios. Our family of five was not cramped and enjoyed our stay immensely. Two minute walk to grocery store. Pool was great and clubhouse had on-site sundries store and game room. “Great location easy access to all amenities.”
