The Palm Springs Deauville is a strategically located complex styled after a French country manor. Its distinctive architecture and immaculately maintained grounds and gardens make it one of Palm Springs’ most desirable vacation properties.

Walking distance from all of central Palm Springs’ restaurants, clubs, casino, shops, museums and attractions.

This 1 bedroom + Murphy bed, 2 full bath upper unit is tastefully decorated, continuously upgraded, and conscientiously maintained. It contains everything you will need for a very relaxing vacation. The Living Room has cathedral ceiling skylights that bathe the living room with glorious northern light. The Kitchen has granite flooring and both the Master Bath and Guest Bath have marble flooring with carpet throughout the rest of the condo. In addition to the master bedroom's king size bed there is a queen size Murphy bed in the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa and recliner lounge.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The French doors in the living room open to a private patio with views of the mountains and the magnificent fountain at the Deauville’s entry. The soothing sound of the fountain enhances the tranquility of this picture perfect locale. The dining room table seats four. There is also seating for two at the adjacent kitchen counter. The unit also features a full kitchen, refrigerator, oven and stove top burners, microwave, dishes, cutlery, small appliances and kitchen accessories. Bedding and towels are included. There is convenient parking directly in front of the unit as well as underground parking in the center of the complex. The property features 3 Pools and Spas, a well equipped fitness center, 2 tennis courts and club house.

I enjoyed staying in the condo it was very comfortable and nice i also loved it because it was close to the casino and the the strip i didn't have to drive and the price was very good.
