A recipient of TripAdvisor's "Certificate of Excellence", Our Luxury 2 BR, 2 Bath condo is in a Prime location and includes a private balcony with wonderful views of the well maintained grounds and the Great Smoky Mountains. This condo makes you feel right at home with its cozy shades of tan, red and gold with blue accents. The condo features new hardwood floors with top of the line area rugs in the living and dining areas. There are new ceiling fans in the living room as well as both bedrooms to keep that cool breeze blowing on those hot summer nights. For your relaxing needs; the living room boasts a large leather queen size sleeper sofa and two oversized leather chairs. While you're relaxing you will enjoy the 50” SMART TV with Netflix that hangs above the quaint fireplace. With attention paid to detail, there is custom drapery with light blocking feature installed on every window so that you will get a restful night of sleep while away from home. For your entertaining needs; the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Whirlpool appliances. In the dining area, the owners opted for a 54” round, bar height table that easily seats six and is great for socializing, playing cards, board games or just having dinner with family. The master bedroom includes a cherry wood sleigh bed with a king size Serta Hilton edition mattress. Adjoining the master bedroom is the luxurious, Spa-like Master bath that boasts of Marble and Stone tile, and a 6ft walk-in Spa shower with a tropical rain can. The second bedroom features an oversized rattan headboard bed with King size Serta Hilton edition mattress. This bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bedrooms also include flat screen TV’S and down alternative comforters on both beds. All linens are provided including 2 towels/2 washcloths per person, for up to 6 guests. No daily maid service provided. However, the condo is equipped with a washer/dryer and a small quantity of detergent is provided for your laundering needs.
The complex offers 2 swimming pools, a large hot water Jacuzzi and a smaller Jacuzzi inside the pool area. Both pool areas include large sundecks for the sun seekers and covered picnic tables for shade. The grounds also boast a large playground for the kids and large open spaces for additional fun activities. There are several outdoor grills with picnic tables on the property. The entire property has free Wi-Fi and there is a Dun-kin Donuts Coffee Shop adjacent to the property.

“Great place to stay.”
We stayed there because it is close to the LeConte Center. Close to all areas that we wanted to see and close to the Tanger Outlet Mall. Plenty of sites are within walking distance.

Response from the owner The property was overbooked due to a computer scheduling issue that wasn't identified until the arrival date. Sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control, but it was corrected immediately. I knew this caused a lot of stress on our arriving guest, so I assured them that I would place them in an upgraded room. Within an hour of their arrival, this guest received an upgrade to a 3 bedroom condo and free tickets to a dinner show.
