Large 750 sq. ft. (70 sq. meters), air-conditioned one bedroom with a pillow top mattress and Egyptian cotton linens. Enjoy a full gourmet kitchen plus flat screen HDTV in the living room. Outdoor dining on your covered lanai is easy with your stainless steel barbecue with side burner.

This is one of our seven air conditioned villas located on a half acre of lush tropical landscaping, a short five minute walk to the white sands of Poipu Beach.

While staying with us you'll enjoy free parking, free wireless high speed internet property wide, free beach chairs, beach towels and cooler and free laundry rooms with detergent, d...ryer sheets, stain remover and bleach provided.

Our onsite office staff is available to help with everything from booking activities to restaurant reservations plus snorkel gear and boogie board rentals. They offer a "Best Price Guarantee". If you find a lower written price on activities, they'll match or beat it! You'll also have access to a dedicated guest computer to check emails and print boarding passes.

If we don't show availability, we will gladly upgrade you into a different unit if your first choice shouldn't be available. Just email or call us toll free and we'll be happy to let you know which units are available for your dates.

Nalo Road is a peaceful and quiet street that ends three properties beyond us, so traffic is very light. Many of our guests have commented that the loudest sounds they hear when staying with us are the birds chirping. We offer free off street parking. Poipu Beach is a five minute walk away. Poipu is a resort area with fifteen restaurants, a grocery store, deli and shops less than a mile away. It is widely thought of as the best beach on Kauai where you will enjoy sunbathing, picnicking, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, surfing and stand up paddle boarding. Many other activities, including golfing, zip lining, helicopter adventures, ATVs, tubing and dinner sunset cruises, are a short drive away.
