Description

Kuhio Shores 104 is on the ground floor of this amazing ocean front property. Only 20 feet of lush green grass separates the condo from the ever changing waters. Just walk right out of the large sliding glass door to experience what island paradise has to offer. Feel the trade winds and warm sun, breath and relax! This is the quiet side Kuhio Shores, with ever changing scenery. The sea turtles love to play in the bay. Local Hawaiian fishermen may be throwing their nets and occasional surfers with their boards may quickly pass by. Watching whales and spinner dolphins during the winter months is unforgettable. Experience these things while sitting on the comfortable outdoor recliners on our lanai!

The condo itself reflects island style and comfort. Lockable plantation shutters allows a secure way to enjoy the sound of the waves and the cooling breezes, especially at night. Air conditioning in the living and bedrooms are a new addition. If cool sleep is a must, no problem! The new king bed is all about comfort too.

The kitchen is very well appointed,newly remodeled, with plenty of dishes, specially glassware, and all cooking needs. The pantry is filled with extra appliances, such as a rice cooker, espresso maker, blender, food processor and more. The condo complex also has Weber BBQs available for guests.

Kuhio Shores is also very close to many splendid restaurants, if cooking is not in the vacation plan. There are too many to name, but we love to share our favorites!

Beach chairs, and beach towels are available for venturing out to the many wonderful beaches. No need to go too far, as Lawai Beach, on the other side of Kuhio Shores, has some of the best snorkeling on the island. Kauai has so much to offer, so a better idea may be to go out and explore. Beauty and relaxation will be waiting..

If Brenda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
