This one bedroom, one bath home is located in the heart of Port Aransas. Just a three minute drive to the beach or walk to the shops, restaurants, marina and bars. The breeze on the front porch is wonderfully refreshing. When you walk into the home you enter the freshly remodeled living room, with a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen is to the back of the room and the bedroom and bath are off to the right. The living room has a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a TV in the bedroom. There is also internet in the home. This home is not pet friendly and smoking is permitted outside only. There is plenty room to park a boat if needed. There is a NOT a BBQ Pit at this property. The unit was very clean and all appliances worked good. Most of all the location was perfect! It's close to beach, ferry, fisherman's wharf and major grocery store.
