Description

The ground level of this home has an open kitchen, dining and living area. The laundry room is on this level along with a full bath. The sofa has a queen size bed and the deck off the livingroom is spacious and has a table that seats six. Up the stairs you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. The master has a king size bed and the guest room a queen. The bathroom on this level has a shower and the first floor bath a bathtub. There is a nice deck off the master bedroom that has views of the water and amazing sunrises. This is a gated subdivision with a wonderful community pool. The beach access road is 1 mile down the road. There is an outside shower for rinsing off after a nice day at the beach, and then have a cook-out on the grill. “Cute and secluded”

We had a couple good size spiders show up, but other than that enjoyed our stay. A short drive to a clean beach area. Pool and hot tub are nice as well.

How do damage deposits work?
