Description

Luxurious house at Rolling Hills. 3 miles to Disney. Excellent location next to Disney.

Bedding arrangements are TWO King master suites. Two twin beds in bedrooms three and four.

TV's in Family Room and ALL bedrooms. TV in Family Room is 65 inch smart TV.

Pool and deck overlook lake.

Games equipment in garage: pool table and foosball.

Pets welcome. Free Wi-Fi.

Rolling Hills - great location for Disney area vacation.

Pool heat is optional at $40 per night for number of nights’ house reserved.

Tiled throught the house.

Absolute maximum occupancy 8 persons.

Hot Tub heated free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi.

Cleaning charge of $180.00 per reservation and will be included in the quote you have received.

Pets welcome $100 per pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets.

-We have a surveillance device on the property. “The surveillance device used is for security purposes.We have 1of the cameras facing the parking lot and 2 on the sides of the property. The pool device is not working the others will be on/they do not record. You can see all the cameras on the TV that is locate in the MBR by the pool on HDMI2

Our cleaning teams have deployed enhanced cleaning procedures, in line with World Health Organization (WHO) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommendations.

- We are sanitizing high-touch surfaces and introducing bleach-based cleaning solution, bleach-based wipes, and hand sanitizer to our housekeeping.

-We encourage each guest that comes into the property to follow safety protocols; such as, washing your hands regularly with water and soap for at lest 20 seconds, taking their shoes off before entering the property.
