THIS 4 BEDROOM COTTAGE HAS ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. TWO BEDROOMS ON THE MAIN FLOOR AND TWO IN THE FULLY FINISHED BASEMENT. EACH BEDROOM HAS A DIFFERENT DESIGN AND IS UNIQUE. THE BEDROOMS HAVE VARIABLE SIZE BEDS AND SLEEPS UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 8. ONE KING, ONE QUEEN, ONE DOUBLE AND TWO TWIN BEDS. SLEEP WITH THE LARGE GLOW IN THE DARK MOSQUITOES, PADDLE BED, OCEAN BEDROOM OR IN THE NAUTICAL TWIN BED.

THERE IS A 3 PIECE BATHROOM ON BOTH FLOORS.

THE BASEMENT OFFERS A WET BAR, A HUGE SMART TV AND SATELLITE DISH FOR RAINY DAYS. PLUG YOUR PHONE IN THE STEREO AND LISTEN TO YOUR TYPE OF MUSIC THROUGH THE BUILT-IN SPEAKERS.

SANDY BOTTOMS VACATION COTTAGE HAS A VARIETY OF HAND MADE CRAFTS, SHELVES, AND FURNITURE HAND MADE BY OWNERS AND LOCAL FRIENDS. ALL OF THE BARN WOOD FURNITURE IS MADE BY ROUGHLY WEATHERED/ TREVER LEBLOND FROM NORTH BAY. OUR ASTOUNDING KITCHEN'S TABLE IS MADE WITH 100-YEAR-OLD WOOD FROM A LOCAL BARN.

THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH A FRIDGE, STOVE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, COFFEE AND KEURIG COFFEE MAKER. (BRING YOUR CUPS). THE DINING TABLE SEATS 6. THE KITCHEN ALSO HAS A BARN WOOD ISLAND AND SEATS 4.

THE KITCHEN, LIVING AND DINING ROOM IS AN OPEN CONCEPT WITH HUGE WINDOWS FOR A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE LAKE.

THE TOP COMPOSITE DECK OFFERS A BREATH-TAKING VIEW OF THE WATER AND BLUEBERRY ISLAND. SEATING AND A BBQ IS PROVIDED ON THE TOP DECK. THERE IS ALSO AN AMAZING VIEW FROM THE LOWER DECK IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY THE OUTDOORS IN THE SHADE.

THE YARD SLIGHTLY SLOPES TO THE WATERFRONT WHERE THERE IS 5 KAYAKS AND A PADDLE BOAT FOR YOU TO ENJOY. THE SHED BY THE WATER OFFERS DIFFERENT SIZES OF LIFE JACKETS FOR YOUR SAFETY. YOU CAN SIT AND RELAX AT THE END OF THE 30' DOCK ENJOY THE VIEW AND WATCH THE FRIENDLY DUCKS FOLLOW YOU AROUND. THERE IS A SPOT ON THE DOCK FOR YOU TO TIE YOUR BOAT IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH ONE.

EAGLE LAKE CONVENIENCE STORE IS CLOSE BY IF YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING. THEY OFFER FAST FOOD, GROCERIES, GAS, FISHING LICENCE AND MUCH MORE.

EAGLE LAKE HAS A GOLF COURSE, A PARK FOR CHILDREN AND ATV TRAILS.

IN THE WINTER MONTHS, VARIOUS OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES CAN BE ENJOYED SUCH AS CROSS COUNTRY SKIING OR SNOWMOBILING ON THE NEARBY TRAILS.

This cottage was perfect for your family. Cindy was so helpful and her cottage was clean and child friendly. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to booking our stay for next year
