This 85 m2 property is located in the quiet, residential area of #El Viso, one of the most exclusive and sought-after addresses in Madrid.

The apartment is ready for 7 persons, two bedrooms with a double bed, a double sofa bed and one single puff-bed. all of them with a hight quality to allow you a good sleep.

The apartment has excellent transport links, with four different metro stops nearby. The Avenida de America is just 100 meters from the apartment and the train will bring you to the city center in just 15 minutes.

Estadio Santiago Bernabeu home of Real Madrid Club de Futbol is around the corner and the luxurious neighbourhood of Salamanca with its main streets ( Serrano and Velázquez ) just a few meters away.

It has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay ( cafes , bars , restaurants (Platea, Masterchef…), 24h supermarkets.… and is close to The National Auditorium, Lázaro Galdiano Museum…and the Business Schools (IE Business School , EAE Business School, Deusto Business School, IDE_CESEM…)

This apartment combines the advantages of living in a quiet safe and green area without giving up the comforts of living close to down town. The flat has been decorated with luxury and style and is equipped with leading brands, such as a Smart TV to enjoy your relaxing time at home.

With a very efficient distribution has plenty of storage, a dining room and two bathrooms decorated in natural tones with touches of colour.

Just take metro Line 8 at Airport to Nuevos Ministerios (last station), stop and change to line 6, to Avenida de América Subway,and STOP (Exit:Príncipe de Vergara Street).Then you are around 100 meters of El Viso Smart II.From Train Station.From Atocha : Take line 1 Atocha Renfe Station to Valdecarros, at PACIFICO station change to line 6 to AVENIDA AMERICA Station and STOP (Exit :Príncipe Vergara Street) . How do damage deposits work?
