Florida Palms is a high class home, that was completed in December 2008, the attention to detail making it one of the best value for money villas in the Orlando area. Luxuriously furnished throughout with a fully air conditioned games room. A south facing pool ensures maximum exposure to the Florida sunshine and a highly desirable base for the most discerning of holidaymakers.

Luxury 5* 4 Bedroom 4½ Bathroom Villa with a maximum occupancy of 8 (+ infants) is situated in a gated community with a private south facing pool with spa and waterfall plus, a pool shower complete with toilet facilities, and is not directly overlooked at the rear.

We have tried to cater for all your needs with LCD HDTV's in every room plus DVD players, There is also a Nintendo Wii hooked up to the main TV in the family room including a selection of games and DVD's, as welll as traditional board games, as well as tv's in every bedroom.

“Perfect Holiday Home”

Fantastic pool & jacuzzi, very well equipped, clean house. Close to restaurants & grocery stores as we sometimes cooked at home. Really looking forward to our next trip to Florida Palms

“Disappointing stay with a disappointing owner”

We stayed here for five weeks and what you see on the pictures may have been the villa when this was refurbished at the time but is not the case to date, The owner john is very unprofessional and I would save your money and book elsewhere. The property description and photos he has on offers 4 sunloungers for the pool area and what was actually there was a dirty lounge area with a old rattan carpet down that was fraying and dirty with four rusted and broken metal reclining chairs that was unusable and dangerous. John’s option to rectify this situation was to offer four cheap air beds with a pump that he expected you to use instead of loungers and when weather is in the 30,s each day you expect to enjoy the sun on what he advertises and when you have two people in their 70’s travelling with you I do not expect them To crawl down on a filthy floor to lie on cheap plastic air beds. The villa itself is now dated and needs tlc and the owner needs lessons in customer service as what he’s charging is not what your getting in anyway at all. His management company is professional and helpful but unfortunately once john the owner has your money he’s interested in nothing else. We have owned villas ourselves in Davenport and stayed in many around the Florida area and the excuses he used is not acceptable and not professional at all. There is a lot better out there so be careful when making your decision

Response from the owner With respect we haven’t been allowed in the country for 2 years due to usa government rules, unfortunately I wasn’t aware of the state of the pool furniture, previous guest the week before did not say anything and the management conpany didn’t inform me either. These people are being pedantic, once I was made aware of the situation I ordered new loungers and explained that there was a delay, everyone quotes covid for everything you order, the air beds were a stop gap, something to lie on around the pool. I got the offending furniture removed immediately. I did everything I possibly could for them, but nothing was ever enough, they damaged the waste disposal, toilets, closet doors. There is always one pain in the butt renter and they were it, if things are so bad, why are all my previous reviews so good
