Wi-fi and security reserved undercover parking are included.

Perfect for six, with two queen bedrooms and a third sleeping area with two single beds, (there is a full length curtain here rather than a door), there are also a gym and indoor pool in the building. Your boutique apartment includes high quality furnishings and appliances, linen, beautiful towels, and a fully-equipped laundry and kitchen. There's also a cot and high chair available for free if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.

(Note from the owner: We took over this apartment when it only had the basics. We have added many new decor and functional items and amenities. You will enjoy some good views towards the CBD and the Dandenong Ranges in the distance, as well as the proximity to the trams and the CBD nearby. If so inclined, the pool, gym and outdoor area are a nice touch).

You will love the centrality of Cityviews. It is only a short walk from Crown Casino, and some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia are on your doorstep. Melbourne CBD with the Bourke Street Mall, the Arts Precinct and Melbourne Museum/Imax theatre, the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance.The tram stops are just around the corner. You can enjoy a walk to some of the best-known sporting venues, markets and arts venues in the country.Inner Melbourne and the Southbank Promenade are famous for their world-class restaurants, shops and of course, the beautiful gardens off St Kilda Road.

There is a bus and tram stop around the corner, and it's easy to walk to nearly every major attraction in the city. Most of them are nearby.

Interaction with guest

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. The ever-changing skyline of the city is reflected in the amazing new views from the balcony here. I think you have fallen in love with Brunswick then? it is highly-underrated location; and so close to the CBD by frequent, fast trams. The selection of cafes and restaurants is still growing, with a few more recent additions. I do hope that we see you again.
