Sweet, clean, bright, neat, compact contemporary Cape style home has lovely deck overlooking the grassy yard. Good kitchen and amenities. This home is well situated in a private location within a planned residential area that offers use of association tennis courts and is an easy bike ride from popular South Beach. Just right for a wonderful vacation!

“Quiet”
This house was in a great location! While we were a mile from the beach, as you sat in the yard you could hear the waves crashing. House was well equipped and good size for our family.

Response from the manager We are always thankful for reviews that point out things that would make the house a perfect rental that we can pass along to our owners, which have already done in this case. We have done 89 rentals in this house since we first listed so it is obviously a favorite of ours and we want future guests to enjoy it as much as others have in the past!
