Description
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
STUNNING HOME NEAR SNOW SUMMIT RESORT!
Summit Adventure is just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the lake! Its central location will make your trip a breeze! Guests will enjoy the game room and the proximity to the slopes.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1800+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with a jacuzzi tub. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Downstairs third bedroom has full/twin and twin/twin bunk beds, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.
AMENITIES - Game room with pool table, foosball, and card/poker table! Board games and card games. TVs with cable, fast WiFi, and DVD players. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and gas barbecue for all your grilling needs! Fenced yard for you and your four legged friends.
PARKING - 3 car driveway
The Lake levels vary throughout the year and cannot be guaranteed at the time of your stay.
Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year. (Note: Complex is lakefront but Affordable Lakeview Condo does not face the lake).

“Relaxing and fun Cabin”
