This home is nestled among trees on a quiet cul-de-sac with very quiet neighbors. It's just minutes from Downtown Nashville and most entertainment and sports venues as well as the Universities.

MASTER SUITE: Luxurious Master suite is on the main floor, huge walk-in closet. Garden tub and tile shower. Luxury linens on a comfortable King pillow top.

TWO Upstairs Bedrooms: Comfortable Queen beds with lovely linens. Bathroom with shower and bathtub is conveniently located on this floor.

KITCHEN/Dining This is a large eat-in kitchen with everything you need for your convenience and much more! The kitchen is fully stock.

LIVING ROOM The living room is open and airy. We decorated with you in mind, with light blues and contrasting browns and beiges. It has 20 ft vaulted ceilings, which makes it feel spacious, with a circulation fan, very comfortable couches, LCD Flat screen TV, Free internet/Wi-Fi. It offers all the comforts of Home. Southern Hospitality at it's finest!

Also, if you enjoy walking the neighborhood is side-walked or you are minutes to Historic Moss Wright Park where there are lovely walking/running paths along Mansker Creek.

Felt Like Home!

The house is located in a very nice, convenient neighborhood. When I walked into the house, the accommodations exceeded my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need. I will definitely rent the home again if I return to Nashville. The homeowners were very available when I called and assisted me with the wi-fi connection. Thank you, Lee and Jack, for your hospitality and attentiveness.

“Loved the house, neighborhood and Nashville”

We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. House is charming. If you haven't been to Ray Stevens Cabaray, please go! Piano bar, dinner and Ray. Fun times.

Also, all of our guests spend their days in Nashville sight-seeing which is why they love our location. Our home's location is very convenient to the city and other near-by venues.
