Our Award Winning Luxury Vacation Villa is on a unique south facing spacious outer corner lot at Patriots Landing, with delightful woodland views and a unique, private secluded sunny pool deck - a real bonus at Reunion.

Our 5 Star Orlando villa at Reunion Resort is near Celebration and only minutes from Disney. Welcome to 5 Star Orlando at Reunion Resort, a fabulous golf resort just a few minutes from Mickey Mouse's home at Walt Disney World in Florida!

At almost 3000 sq ft, our luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, conservation-view luxury villa with heated pool is on a unique corner lot. Outside is a very private south facing terrace, complete with BBQ. It is probably one of the most private aspects in all of Reunion Resort. Enjoy 5 star hotel quality furniture and fittings at the premier address in Orlando - you will not find a nicer location - Reunion's reputation is well earned. Our colonial style luxury Florida villa is well suited to this upmarket destination, complete with every facility for those days off from the theme parks!

Our high spec property offers all the comforts of home and more for up to 8 people - a very spacious open plan layout with upgrades throughout and a lovely south facing pool terrace offering one of the nicest conservation views in Reunion. And as Reunion Resort is the nicest development in the Disney area, that makes us pretty special! Being on a corner lot, you have more privacy here than just about anywhere else on property. The heated pool has lovely fountains as well as programmable lighting - you can even enjoy serving up a meal on the granite top dining table outside, grilled on our outdoor BBQ.

The villa is fully equipped, with 55” or 40" HD TVs and smart blu-ray players or DVDs in every bedroom. Free Netflix and Prism HD TV (record/pause/rewind) on all TVs.. bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart thunderbolt dock alarm - just dock your iPhone and you can listen to your own tunes. And each has its own ensuite luxury bathroom. Everything is high quality - 300 thread count cotton sheets, down pillows, fresh fluffy towels and much more.

The 65" 4K TV in the spacious living room is great for relaxing too with DirecTV (pause/record/rewind plus more HD channels), as well as free Netflix throughout, or choose from our movie library. Free 100MB WiFi and free US/Canada calls are included too.

And you'll find table tennis and darts in the garage for a bit of extra fun!

Our kitchen has corian worktops and everything to make life easier - dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, refrigerator with icemaker, halogen hob and oven, coffee maker, toaster, even a juicer, plus of course ample high quality crockery and cutlery. Plus a washer and dryer as well...

The large master suite has its own jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with twin sinks en suite. Being the master suite, it has a larger 55" 4K Roku TV and Blu-Ray player. Each bedroom suite has its own high spec bathrooms with marble tops, feature tiling, quality towels, hairdryers and Gilchrist and Soames toiletries to add that extra touch of luxury. Pretty much all you'll need to bring is your suitcase!

*COMPULSORY $40 PER DAY RESORT FEE - our guests must pay Reunion's club resort fee of $40 + tax per day. This gives you access to all of Reunion Resort's facilities, including free use of the on-site waterpark, all 10 pools and 6 spa tubs, signature golf, the tennis centre - complete with pickle ball and mini golf (fees apply), plus free theme park and resort shuttles and more.

Reunion Resort is just 10-15 minutes from Disney, complete with our own exit onto the new Disney link road (SR 429 Toll), you'll see that Reunion really does offer the best of both worlds.

At Reunion, you'll find great dining, a spa, restaurants and more. Enjoy several community pools, most with spa tubs. All set in 2300 acres encompassing 3 signature golf courses from the world's best players and much more, all set in landscaped surroundings that knock every other so-called "luxury villa development" into the dust!

A real beauty of a stay here is being able to get everywhere quickly - Universal and Sea World are also only 15 minutes away - but also being able to chill and not feel like you're stuck in a house in the 'burbs on those days off like so many other so-called luxury developments in the area.

Getting around

It's definitely a good idea to rent a car in Orlando - it's so easy to get around and much more convenient than waiting for buses (several trips to Disney hotels in the past were proof enough that there's little joy in hanging around waiting for a bus!!). Reunion is SO convenient too - being just a mile from the I-4, with the benefit of very few traffic lights for the theme parks. Disney is literally just over 10 minutes whilst Universal and Sea World are accessible in 15 minutes. For those without transport there's a really good Uber service.

Response from the owner Hi Christin My wife and I are both really upset that you didn't enjoy your stay. As you know, we strive to do our best for all our guests and a 2 star review is extremely harsh. We’ve never had less than 5 stars from our guests who have graciously pointed out that we always try to go above and beyond. It seems the review is based on our property managers, again, it's highly unusual for our managers not to look after things to a very high standard. The lack of pool heat was a rare clerical error, possibly due to the fact that you'd cancelled your booking, we carried your deposit over as gesture of goodwill and re-booked you for a later date, then you changed those dates too. However it happened, please accept our sincere apologies. If you had called our managers when you arrived early, they would have been out immediately to get the heat on, they are literally only across the road, available 24/7 - it would have got to temperature quickly. They would also have dealt with any of the other small maintenance issues you mentioned. It's a shame that you didn't get in touch with them to give them a chance to resolve things quickly. and we're very sorry that your stay wasn't up to our usual standards. We'd be delighted if you could return one day and give us a chance to show you just how nice a vacation experience our villa can be - presumably that was the reason you decided to return this time around. We'd be only too happy to make amends should you decide to come again.
