Description

Second floor unit with third floor master bedroom near boardwalk, beach and ocean on Fifth Street. This house sits on a large lot and is bigger than the standard five bedroom house in Ocean City. The second floor covered deck provides plenty of space to accommodate your entire group.

This unit is on the beach block and is just a few minutes stroll from putting your feet in the Atlantic Ocean. The upper master suite has its own sitting area, together with a private deck with views of the ocean and Ferris wheel.

There is a hardwood floor in the living room, tile in the kitchen and dining area, and carpets throughout the bedrooms. The bathrooms have ceramic tile floors and ample cabinet and counter-top space. The steps to the unit are completely enclosed, so if you park in the garage, you can go from your car to the unit without stepping outside. There is plenty of closet space, storage area, and seating to accommodate everyone.

The garage accommodates one car with extra off-street parking at the rear of the house. There is extra non-metered parking in front of the house. There is a storage room off of the garage for beach items. There is an enclosed shower on the ground floor.

There are two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, two twin-size beds, a full size pull out sofa bed in the third floor sitting area. There is also a set of bunk beds in one of the queen bed rooms. There are four 40" - 42" LED High Definition televisions in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room, together with wifi enbabled bluray players. There is a 32" LED television in a fourth bedroom with combination DVD/VCR player. The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer.

Just down the street from our unit is a ramp that takes you to the Ocean City Boardwalk which is just 1 block from ''Wonderland'' amusement park and two blocks from Gillian's water park. The boardwalk offers miniature golf, arcades, great food, and candy, plenty of shops and the best salt water taffies on the east coast!

Of course, on those ''not-so-great beach days'' you can head on up to Asbury Avenue and enjoy all the wonderful stores and activities.

You can also dine at a variety of restaurants ranging from fine dining, family friendly restaurants, and fast food. If you are looking for some excitement, Atlantic City is only about 20 minutes away! No wonder Ocean City is known as ''America's Favorite Family Resort!''

If you are looking for a great summer vacation with your family and/or friends, this is a great place to be!

Response from the owner We apologize for the issues with the cleaning and A/C vents and wish we had known of these problems upon check in so that we could have addressed them promptly. Since we do not live close to Ocean City and hire a cleaning crew to perform the weekly cleaning, we rely on our tenants to let us know if there is any problem that needs to be addressed upon check in. We promptly address all reported problems, but can only do so if they are reported to us. We feel bad that we were not given the opportunity to make your stay a little more enjoyable by addressing these issues that could have been easily corrected.
