A recent renovation brings chic beach style to this 2 bedroom, 1 bath bluff-top beauty. The modern cottage accommodates 6 guests and provides all the comforts of home, plus a stunning view. Designer décor and high-quality craftsmanship ensure a posh and pampering vacation experience while exploring Laguna Beach.
Decidedly upscale, this classic cottage takes full advantage of the fashionable Laguna setting and pristine ocean views. Guests will appreciate the modern fireplace in the living area as well as the captivating views while relaxing. A work desk is included in the living room for guest use – with wireless at no additional charge. A wall-mount flat screen TV hangs in the living room for guest enjoyment and comes equipped with a DVD player. The Hancock and Moore leather sleeper sofa's high quality construction provides a very comfortable night's sleep. It sits in perfect complement to the leather accent chairs for a comfortable conversation area as well as an additional sleeping space. Modern coastal artwork combines with designer accents to enhance the home's remarkable craftsmanship. Custom flooring, crown moulding and wall finishes are all featured to provide a luxurious feel. Rich dark wood floors lead to two private bedrooms that offer a luxurious atmosphere with graceful Queen-size beds featuring top of the line air-loom mattresses. Beautiful high thread count linens adorn the pillow-top mattresses to welcome sleep and tranquility. Ample mirrored wardrobes are included in each room as well as ceiling fans, warm lighting and a flat screen TV. A small kitchen provides guests the opportunity to prepare nutritious meals at the villa. Laguna beach @ Cress St is very busy due to high surfs, the street will be busy during the entire summer. We have not listed this rental as private access to the beach, this is a 3 unit rental in 1 compound
