This fantastic home is located on Aldama Street, one of the most photographed streets in Mexico, and is only one short block to the Jardin, the heartbeat and center of San Miguel de Allende. There are over 50 wonderful restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. A total renovation was recently completed, come enjoy all the modern conveniences of home while enjoying the charm of Old Colonial Mexico.
Casa Carolina del Sur provides a unique vacation experience. The Centro neighborhood is a quiet one for Mexico with no bus traffic or loud establishments nearby ...primarly a residential street that is safe and well-traveled.
Open the front door and you are surprised as to what is behind the doors . . .a warm entry with fabulous Mexican folkart greets you. Continue in and enjoy the fabulous fountain and beautifully landscaped main patio.
A main living area with comfortable furnishings is a great place to gather and rest after a busy day. This room has a large flat screen television with cable that includes U.S. channels and a DVD player.
The modern, full-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliance, including a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Enjoy dining in the formal dining room or on the outdoor terrace.
There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath and lots of outdoor living space to enjoy the fabulous weather in San Miguel de Allende. While the house is designed to sleep 6, it is equipped to entertain more for dinner or small parties.
The house is staffed with a fabulous maid, Berta, who works 5 1/2 days a week and a gardener. Berta is really the "jewel" of the house and will attend to all of your needs. She is a fabulous cook and you can enjoy many meals without ever leaving home!
