“Great location” We arrived with our old VW camper van on a tow truck. This was a great location for getting our van fixed and exploring the beautiful city of Cuernavaca. We loved our stay here. It was also very easy to bus to other cities such as Tasco or Tepoztlan.

“Stay in friendly comfort and safety.” I have actually stayed at Villa Golondrina several times: twice with my husband and once with a great good friend and traveling companion. In each case we were in the apartment as a base for studying at a nearby Spanish language school to which we could walk. But we also learned the local bus service, and thereby with Jim's recommendations, found many wonderful restaurants all over Cuernavaca. Sometimes we shopped at local markets and prepared our own dinners in the fully stocked apartment kitchen. Taxis are also available with a phone call and are very inexpensive. On each visit we hired a taxi to take us to the nearby market village of Tepoztlan where there is also an ancient pyramid temple to which one can climb to experience fantastic views and the touted positive psychic energies. The apartments are furnished with Mexican style furniture and everything one would want for a home away from home. Jim's houseboy, Pancho, keeps the places spic and span and goes out of his way to accommodate every wish of his guests.

“Gorgeous and affordable Villas!!” Everything about our stay at Las Villas de Bellavista was perfect! It was very simple to make our reservation and make our deposit. The owner provided lots of info about the area even before we arrived. When we got there, we were greeted by a gorgeous oasis and a thriving, beautiful town. The villa was absolutely charming. Clean and spacious. The area was quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool was clean and huge. Perfect for lap swimming. The grounds were immaculate and the gardens were exquisite. The owner was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit in the area. The villas are within 2 blocks of a major road where you can easy catch a cab or a bus. There is a large grocery store within walking distance, and the kitchen in the villa was stocked with all the needed tools to make your own food. We will definitely visit these villas again, I could have stayed there forever!!!

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “A Great Place to Stay for Any Length of Time” Having been a long-term renter at Las Villas de Bellavista, I would encourage anyone who is planning a visit in Cuernavaca to consider this establishment as a pleasant alternative to staying in a hotel. The owners, Roberto and Cristina, are very accommodating and make every effort to assure that their guests have a pleasant experience during their stay. The villas, each with their own unique style, are fully furnished with kitchens equipped for preparing just a cup of coffee or an entire meal. They are situated in a well-maintained, secure, garden setting and located about ten minutes on public transportation from the historic, downtown area. Javier and Aurelio, the support staff, are both extremely polite and very conscientious about keeping the villas clean and making your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. So as a long-term guest, I highly recommend Las Villas de Bellavista for anyone who is thinking about spending any length of time in the" City of Eternal Spring".

“Great find in Cuenavaca” Found a fantastic & beautiful spot that has the charm of authentic mexico with deco houses and true historic architecture and furnishings. Secure gated community of houses with beautiful landscaping and heated pool. Found the owners to be gracious and helpful in our trip. This place is a jewel in the middle of a dynamic city. Loved it and will be back as soon as I can.
