Villa Las Palmas has two sleeping areas separated by glass and cedar French doors. The enclosed terrace bedroom has a view to the gardens with an adjacent outside patio. The other double bed of this suite is in the living and dining areas. A beautiful Talavera handpainted tile bathroom looks out over the City. Spacious living areas provide comfortable spaces for up to 4 guests. A completely equipped tile kichen has plenty of light with two large, arched windows opening to the front garden and the back terrace and for those who wish to cook, this great kitchen comes with all the essentials for foodies, including a fresh herb garden! Full-time employees of many years attend to all maintenance of the villas, pool, and 1.5 acres of luxurious tropical gardens with on-site management which provides unparalled personal service.

A few steps away, the pool area with majestic palms and a pool house with tables, chairs and BBQ makes alfresco dining possible all year round.

The spacious, vintage interiors with arched windows and door frames, cathedral ceilings with fan, double thick walls with built-in niches makes this casita in all it´s original Mexican-style glory, a place to call home in the City of Eternal Spring.

Las Villas de Bellavista is a 3rd generation family business and is legally registered with the Morelos Tourism Department and the Federal Tax Authorities (SAT), which is required for any and all establishments offering any type of hospitality services. According to the Federal and State Tourism and Tax laws, a Federal 16% tax and a 3.75% State tax is required on all receipts in order for the rental contracts to be legally binding. Only with registered establishments are guests fully protected by State and Federal laws which regulate and oversee hospitality establishments.

Response from the manager Management is sorry for the opinion of this guest for their two week stay. Unfortunately when guests do not look at the web page or at the photos, their choice of renting based solely on price may not meet their needs. The tariff was a discounted weekly rate (with weekly cleaning) explained to the guest when they expected daily maid service. A 2016 32¨Smart flat screen TV with Netflix is what is published and offered along with a cell phone, but evidently a land line was expected. Since Villa Las Palmas is a suite, then normally the sleeping area is combined with the living area, but this villa also has an additional sleeping area with arched windows. All of our guests have remarked how it is like waking up in a tree house with a chorus of song birds. The 40 ft. pool was remodeled a year ago with cobalt blue Venetian tile and as published, is heated on the weekends with gas and solar to around 78° F. In the hottest months the daily temperature is around 80°. It is monitored and cleaned daily, but palm nuts and blossoms can fall from our numerous palm trees. As far as walking distances, the street “Tabachin” is the very first street from the major historical avenue for Cuernavaca, Ave. Emiliano Zapata, where Domino´s Pizza, La Casa de la Hamburguesa, Restaurants La Glorieta, Colorines, HSBC, (a 6 min. walk) are the closest but on this major avenue, there are numerous banks, coffee shops like Starbucks and Punta de Cielo, restaurants like VIPS, Da Mario´s Italian, Mr. Sushi, El Faisan, El Barco, Casa Taxco, Don Pollo (regional cusines), galleries and convenience stores. The eight vintage villas have a private driveway and is a gated community built by a German architect in the traditional Mexican colonial style. January 5th´s review of the same villa and previous reviews offer a vastly different perspective.
