Deluxe fully furnished studio apartments in a residential neighborhood in CUERNAVACA, MORELOS, MEXICO, "the city of Eternal Spring." Units face a lovely garden with a large heated swimming pool(not heated in Dec/Jan). Units have fully equipped kitchens, cooking utensils, stove, microwave,toaster, coffee maker,hair dryer, telephone, cable color television, all linens, free wifi

and free bottled water. Twice a week maid service. Close to public transportation and walking distance to the best Spanish language school. Owner on the premises is the author of Cuernavaca, a Guide for Students & Tourists, a copy of which is gifted to each tenant.

Cuernavaca has arguably the best climate in the world, 75 degree mean temperature (22 C.)with no need for heat nor air-conditioning. It has escaped the violence of other parts of the country and no tourist has been harmed in the city.

Direct inexpensive first class buses leave the Mexico City airport for Cuernavaca every 40 minutes and buses between Cuernavaca and the capital's southern terminal depart every ten minutes. Taxis within the city average 3 dollars per trip. MINIMUM STAY ONE WEEK.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send JAMES (the owner) a message.

If JAMES (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
