Villa Taxco with a taste of Colonial Cuernavaca shares tropical gardens and a beautiful heated pool with eight other long or short term rental homes in our gated, conveniently located community. Hotel-like, personalized service is ideal for busy language students, professionals, retirees, and vacationers.

Folk art and Mexican textiles decorate this fully furnished villa which comes complete with linens & towels for the bed and bath and hotel amenities of natural herbal shampoo, conditioner and soaps. There are two double beds in the bedroom with a walk-in closet, fully appointed kitchen, three outside terraces, one for alfresco dining, another with a built-in bbq and the terrace entrance with a Talavera tile fountain. A fireplace is in the cozy living room and the house is totally private sharing 1.5 acres of mature gardens and a 40 ft. heated pool with pool house with the other 7 homes. The pool area has tables, chairs, bbq/smoker, fridge, bar and chaises with towels provided.

Amenities include a cell phone for local calls, color 21" T.V., garage, Wifi internet, all services, full-time staff to attend to all maintenance & daily or weekly cleaning depending on the length of stay and discounts.

Villas Bellavista is a 3rd generation family business and is legally registered with the Morelos Tourism Department (SECTUR) and the Federal Tax Authorities (SAT), which is required for any and all establishments offering any type of hospitality services. Villas Bellavista offer facturas for guests registered with SAT and have earned from SECTUR the recognition of Distintivo "M" Programa Moderniza for the last four years to 2019.

Getting around

1/2 block from the villas is a radio taxi stand and taxis are readily available for around $3 USD and can be hired as drivers by the hour, day, or excursion. Private drivers & Uber are also available. Public transport is always available on Avenida Zapata and costs around .30 cents. Downtown is 5-8 minutes by car or taxi and 10 minutes by public transport.

Interaction with guest

As Cuernavaca natives who live onsite in our Casa Grande we are available for our guests if they request and offer suggestions and tips of what to do and see that one won´t find in guidebooks or other tourist sites.

How do damage deposits work?
