Description
Our gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 Bathroom, family villa is on the Rolling Hills Estate just 2 miles from Disney World. Our villa offers you everything you need to relax whilst away from the Parks and shops, with its own 30ft Heated Pool (pool heating is optional and incurs an additional charge), Hottub, Wireless Internet access and 52" cable TV. Our villa has 4 double bedrooms (2 with double beds, the other 2 have dual single beds), each with wall mounted televisions. It has a fully functional kitchen with integral dining area, family room and living room.
You also have the option of a Grill/BBQ, which is a service provided by a 3rd party company who, for a fee of $50 a week, will deliver a Grill/BBQ fully cleaned with gas ready to use, then when you are finished with it, take it away for cleaning. We can arrange this for you if it's something you think you may be interested in, or you can simply contact our management company after your arrival who will make the necessary arrangements.

“Amazing once again”
Stayed here 3 times here so far and I will be back. This home is perfect. Close to Disney. Easy location. Pool and tub are great. Mark is always great and prompt. Thank you, see you again in 2023.
