This gated community and villas property is a tranquil getaway spot where you can wake up to the cool island breeze and the sound of birds chirping. A large swimming pool is on property and if you require an even more breath taking view, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, see the sunrise and feed the seagulls.
This comfortable one bedroom unit comes equipped with all furnishings, full kitchen, laundry facilities, Cable TV, internet access and phone system with free calls to North America & Europe. There is also a patio area perfect for a BBQ or to have a drink and relax during the evenings.
Everything worth while is either within close walking distance (the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, banks, grocery stores) or within a short ride (The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, Downtown Shopping, Art Galleries, night life and larger malls and movie theaters). Paradise awaits!

Response from the manager Jonathan, I'm surprised by the comments in your review. I felt we bent over backward to accommodate your requests. This is a one bedroom unit that sleeps up to 4 persons, but we allowed you to include 5 because you indicated it was a baby. We also advised we don't have a play pen but was willing to look for a vendor for you to rent on short notice and have them deliver it. You seemed happy with our efforts to secure this under such circumstances, so I'm surprised to see you now complain about what you appeared to be appreciative of (we didn't charge for securing this for you, the vendor charged for renting the play pen). We have very exacting cleaning standards and guests constantly praise us for this in reviews so your comments are inconsistent with our standards and our guest experiences. Even if guests wash dishes before they leave, we rewash ALL of them to ensure our cleaning standards are met every time. You failed to mention that the unit has floor tiles, so if you have 5 persons walking in and out with their shoes on throughout the day and opt to have a baby crawl on the same floor, I can see how a floor that was presented to you clean, could become one where a baby would pick up dust on their hands and knees. I presumed this was what you wanted the playpen for. We appreciate all of our guests, and we work hard to ensure they have a great experience with us, this is always our #1 goal. I also appreciate honest feedback as that always help us to improve. I am, however, surprised and disappointed by your comments. We were always in constant contact to ensure you had a great stay, before and during your stay, and there was never a mention of any of these things. “It was affordable, cozy and felt like a home away from home with all the amenities to cook meals if thats your thing.”
