Description

Studio waterfront condo at Watergate Villas East. It is fully furnished with linens, towels, dishes, pot/pans, silverware, glassware, etc. Everything is there that you would need to start enjoying your seaside vacation. The unit is located on the top floor above the Watergate pool. Parking provided at the unit. Security monitors around the complex.

Right next door to Bolongo Bay Beach Resort, with easy access to Heavenly Days catamaran, half day and full day snorkel and sunset sails; St. Thomas Diving Club, lessons as well as day and night dives and 340 Watersports with jet-skis, kayaks, paddleboats and more. Close to Mim’s Seaside Bistro, Iggie’s Beach Bar and the Lobster Grille. You have access to the other pools and tennis courts at our neighbors, Seacliff Villas and Regatta Point Villas.

Rent a vehicle and find the delights of St. Thomas, whether that be snorkelling, diving, beachcombing, water sports or shopping and dining. Get on the car or passenger ferry and take a short trip over to St. John to enjoy the national park, beaches, shopping, dining or just enjoying the scenery. Lots to do and see on St. Thomas. Perhaps you would like to just chill and enjoy the water and the beach, wonderful location to do just that with no need to rent a vehicle.

Enjoy feeding the hummingbirds or bananaquits ( sugar birds) from your deck. Or take your coffee and breakfast out to enjoy the start of the day with a gorgeous sunrise. You might want to end the day with a cocktail or cool drink as the reflected sunset colors the darkening sky.

Response from the owner I am glad you enjoyed the unit. Bolongo Bay Beach resort is next door and has live entertainment in Iggies Beach bar most nights. The bar is located a block plus down the beach but can be heard if you leave the unit doors open to enjoy the waves and cool evening breeze. The entertainment stops by 10:30 to 11 PM as it is located in the center of the resort.
