“Incredible Getaway” This is a great place to stay when vacationing in St. Thomas. Max is an incredible host and generously shares her home and her knowledge of the islands. Rent a car if you don't like trekking up the hill, but we made it okay without one.

“Well maintained, quality furnished condo with very helpful owner.” We have stayed in several different condos @ Sapphire Beach in several different price ranges. John's is by far the best maintained despite it not being the highest end priced. It also has a great bar/eating area on the lower deck. Renting from John is like renting from a friend or family member. There were no surprises from John other than I had over paid without realizing & he contacted me to let me know he was sending me a check.

“Beyond Expectations” I would not stay anywhere else on the island. The house itself is in immaculate condition with huge sliding glass doors in every room allowing for amazing views of the Caribbean from every room. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the house's beautiful décor encourages complete relaxation. Whether watching TV, playing Xbox/Playstation or listening to music via the surround sound system, it felt like our every whim was met. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet appliances and cookware which made my ability to create fantastic meals for us easy and fun. When we tired of laying by the pool, the beach was less than a mile away and the Red Hook night life was right down the street. This villa is truly one of the premier locations on the island. I cannot wait for the next trip back

“Perfect vacation in St Thomas” Spent end of January, beginning of February at Laverne's place in Pavilions and Pools. Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was great having your own pool just outside the door. The property was quiet and peaceful and We really enjoyed our stay here. The girls at the front desk, the maintenance people, everyone at the facility were extremely friendly and very responsive to any of our requests. Vicars, the on site restaurant was excellent. If you go there, order the steamed mussels appetizer. It was fabulous. Every morning there are bagels, muffins, cereal, juice and coffee if you don't feel like making your own breakfast. We also used the grill to cook a few steaks during our stay. The only slight drawback was the walk to the beach, it was approximately 5 minutes long, but seemed worse if you are carrying beach chairs, towels, etc. However, once you get to the beach the walk was worth it. Sapphire Beach is a really nice beach, with changing and rest room facilities and a vendor (Banana Bar) that serves sandwiches, drinks etc. From the beach it's a short walk to the Marina where you can see the Tarpon & Barracudas swimming in the clear waters. Red hook was a great area for restaurants or a trip to St Johns and it's only a few minutes away. We did not have a car and didn't need one. The Safari taxis stop right in front of the hotel, and regular taxis are not that expensive and easy to find. Don't miss the fiddle player at Latitude 18 on the other side of the Red Hook Harbor.

“Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). Can't wait to go back to the best place on earth!! Dana & Jason we love you, Thank You for making our honeymoon a time to remember forever..God Bless

“Perfect Stay at Sapphire Bay” We just returned from the most fabulous week in St Thomas at the Sapphire Beach condo. The condo location could not be more perfect. Just steps to the beach with the most serine views of the island. It is a quick 2 min drive to Red Hook harbor for great restaurants, bars, grocery store and ferry to BVI or St John. The owners were so accommodating bringing in a full size crib, high chair and pack and play for my 1 YO. The house keeper Norma gave us a complete run down of the area, where to eat and what to do during our stay. Being a family with 2 kids, this was the perfect stay for us. Full kitchen in the unit, washer and dryer, satellite TV, games and movies for the kids--and the convenience of going back and forth between the beach and home when needed. The island was nothing but beautiful and after visiting many beaches on the island, this was by far the best. If you don’t snorkel, you will start on this trip. The water is so calm and clear with amazing fish, turtles and coral. Plus gear is provided at the condo! A trip to the Mountain Top for a banana daiquiri is a must. For dinner, Fish Tails had the freshest seafood and best sushi around. For Caribbean fare, don’t skip Cuzzin's and Glady's in Charlotte Amalie-- absolutely delicious! We cannot wait to return to paradise-- maybe next time without the kiddos!

“Second Time back to beautiful property - looking forward to the third!” We first came to St. Thomas and stayed at this unit in 2013. Just came back from our second stay (April 2015) and it was fantastic all over again. Resort is gorgeous. Unit is super spacious, very clean, and appointed with very nice furnishings. Kitchen has plenty of plates/glasses/utensils. Nice little collection of books/games (we played Apples to Apples nearly every night :) Full-size washer and dryer in the unit is priceless with teenagers! Beds are very comfortable, owner is great to deal with, resort management very professional. On-site restaurants (especially Sangria's) are wonderful - reasonably priced, yummy (casual) food and great (fun) service. If you want to go anywhere outside the resort, I do recommend a rental car - just makes things so much easier, and there is plenty of free (right outside unit) parking at the resort. The bathrooms were all redone since our last visit - and they look great! My family is looking forward to our next visit! Any downsides? Well - since the resort is kept up so nicely, that means the landscapers are constantly at work - and you sometimes hear them from the master bedroom in the mornings. For light sleepers who want to sleep in - I do recommend earplugs.

“Excellent location!” We enjoyed our stay at Linda's place. The two level apartment is located right at the beach with a million dollar view. The apartment is quite spacious and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even had some snorkeling pieces and beach chairs. The kitches is equipped and fully functioning and we cooked a couple of times. My family loves st Thomas and we would love to come back! We highly recommend the apartment!

“Perfect location in St. Thomas” I had the pleasure of staying at Nancy's condo along with my wife, our 2 children, and another couple, 6 of us in total. The condo was the perfect size for all of us, and having a kitchen made preparing for excursions (having a nice breakfast, and preparing picnic lunches) a breeze. There is also laundry facilities in the condo, and with the breeze coming off the water we almost never needed to use the AC. The Location on Cowpet bay was very close to the ferry to St. Johns, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Although Redhook is only about a mile away, it was not easily walkable due to the narrow streets, so you will want to get a taxi to go into town. My daughter loved playing in the pool, there were many other families around so she always had somebody to play with. My wife and I enjoyed walking on the beach, and the restaurant (Caribbean Fish Market) has amazing sea food, and a wonderful ambiance. At night I loved the ability to sit on the patio, listen to the waves and relax before preparing for another exciting day.

“This place exceeded our expectations and met our needs perfectly.” My daughter and I found the location, view, cheerful decor and cleanliness of Tom's unit suited us perfectly. We loved looking out over the marina and the quick walk to Sapphire Beach. We snorkeled in the calm waters (right side near the point is best). Parking was just outside the unit and there was a bar and grill on the property with good food, ( but a long wait.) We had a rental car the entire week- Red Hook is close by, but walking on the narrow, windy roads with no edges would be scary. A trip highlight was the Horizon sailboat snorkel tour we took with Captain John Hales from the marina just minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.
