Perfect for a getaway to get in for early summer or extend summer into the best kept OBX secret...SEPTEMBER. Its warm, the water is nice, the seafood is awesome, and best of all traffic is 1/2 that of the summer season.

Our House rules are very simple....
1. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING in the house
2. Clean up all pet messes inside and outside
3. Leave the place like you found it.
4. Keep an eye on the pool water level (see H2O line on skimmer). Heat, splashing, etc cause the level to get low at times.
5. Call Jim with ANY issues during your stay.

Love the place and will come back. Already booked for next year. Great bike trails for walking dogs and very close . Area was perfect for sound and 5 mins from ocean.

How do damage deposits work?
