Cosy, private and affordable self contained 1 bedroom Villa (2 storeys), antique furnished, with a Pool (shared), fast fibre optic internet 10mbps WIFI and LAN, TV, bedroom AC, in Downtown Old Sanur, 800m to Sanur Beach, set in a beautiful tropical garden. Our Villa is private, for the exclusive use of guests, and is ideal or a couple or a young family. Baby cot optional extra $3/day. Furnishing is antique style. Queen size bed. Additional mattress or mattresses available for a party of more than 2. We put these mattresses in the upstairs bedroom or downstairs, according to your wishes. If you seek peace and quiet, in a very accessible location, no traffic hassles, our Villa is perfect for a quiet vacation or business trip to Bali. We are also kid friendly, with a trunk full of toys!Facilities.

TV - Our internet supports streaming, by WIFI or Ethernet, so please bring any devices needed such as Chromecast, Android Media box, firestick, Phone casting device etc (along with any cables needed) and they may be plugged into our TV to may watch personal stream(s).

To watch movies, please bring along a multi-giga byte flash stick, or a "terrabyte" drive. We have a selection of digital movies that we can help copy to such storage devices(s) if needed.

. Swimming Pool (shared with owner only). Kitchen complete with cooking utensils, 2 door fridge with freezer, gas oven, microwave, toaster, free aqua drinking water, Air Conditioning in the bedroom, safety box bolted to the wall in the wardrobe. Ceiling fan in downstairs Living and dining area, shelves full of books, upstairs balcony with adjustable roll down bamboo blinds for extra privacy, En Suite, upstairs bathroom with cupboards and hangers, hot water shower, water douche. Iron and ironing board and tall clothes drying rack. Towels, sheets, soap.For kids, the pool has a shallow end (approx 1m) with 2 submerged steps for kids. We also have an some a float board, and boogie surfing boards if guests kids need to borrow such items. We have a pile of kids toys,for younger kids, in the downstairs wooden trunk in the villa. Beautiful Garden, in peaceful and very safe location, just 30 seconds walk to the local Supermarket, Circle K 24/7 convenience Store, ATMs, restaurants and other Shops. We are set back 40m from the road, behind and just 3 mins walk to Bali International School, 5 minutes walk to McDonalds and 850m to Sanur Beach, (25 mins by taxi to Airport), in a very safe and secure Location in Sanur. Motor bike parking available on the premises.Expect peace, privacy and quiet......Public transport minibuses, a.k.a. Bemos run on our street to Sanur Beach and the restaurants, for less than a dollar. Taxis available for flagging down also often pass by on our street, or, guests can walk just 5 mins to McDonalds on the By Pass, and there is a fleet of taxis standing by eagerly awaiting fares. Guests can also call for a taxi, and they arrive inside 10 minutes. Our place has a very homely feel, in a very convenient location.

Response from the owner Thanks D. Washing machine was never, at any point, indicated as included. Kitchen worktop too low .... hardly the end of the world. Would suggest to request worktop heights in advance another time to ensure they meet your requirement. Parking...you were informed no parking available, and were advised not to rent a car, but you chose otherwise. Dogs and cockerils indeed are part and parcel of Bali. Door - sorry, but unable redesign our place for you, it was built 12 years ago and is listed as pictured - no more and no less. Stairs - since our place is a two storey unit, as pictured, we are of course obliged to have stairs. Yes, next time do take a single level unit, where stairs would not be required. Mosquitoes are part and parcel of all Asia in the monsoon season - plenty of various deterrents were provided. Perhaps you did not know how to use them or left the doors and windows open. Fridge - was changed once we were aware - we apologised. Sorry again. Cleaning - yes, next time, do look for a fully serviced Villa. Cleaning service was at no point indicated as included. Safe - is for valuable documents, card and cash - NOT laptops! Safe travels - Daniel.
