Description

1-bedroom apartment with a large private terrace, located in the San Vicente neighbourhood of the historic centre of Seville. It is very close to the Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and pubs.

The apartment features a living room with sofa, desk and TV. Open-plan kitchen well equipped with all main utensils and appliances. Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The apartment's large terrace is equipped with outdoor seating and fitted with a watering system for the plants. There is also a canopy for the hot summer days.

The property is situated in a small street with little car traffic, which leads from the lively Alameda de Hercules towards the river. The apartment itself is extremely quiet, as the building is set back from the street by a large interior courtyard.

How do damage deposits work?
