Brand-new and welcoming open-spaced studio apartment features a double-bed, table and a small kitchen equipped with new appliances to prepare your meals. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower.

A large double window provides an abundance of light and air throughout the apartment. There is a flat-screen TV and free wireless access to the internet.

This apartment belongs to a set of 5 holiday flats in a recently built house. All are decorated simply in a classic contemporary style. The central location of Feria Street, next to the Alameda de Hércules and only 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral, makes this apartment a great starting point to explore the city of Seville.

How do damage deposits work?
